I would like to install either an ice cream sandwhich or jelly bean rom on my galaxy tab 7 (the original one, not the plus). I looked around on the forums and it appears that cyanogenmod 10, for jelly bean, is still pretty buggy. So that is why I am going with ice cream sandwhich for now. I found cyanogenmod 9 and SGTZ7. The problem is that I don't know which to install. They both sound like the same thing to me except that in the SGTZ& thread it is described as being more official and supporting a wider range of devices. Which should I install?
that CM9 that you see is for the other versions the WIFI version is gt-p1010

You're confused.
Firstly, Android is a free OS that carriers/developers can use. What your referring to as "newly official released 4.1.2 Jelly Bean" is simply Samsung using a version of Android OS and then adding their software/tweaks to it. They happen to have used v4.1.2 of Android for their latest release.
Latest version of Android is v4.2.1 which is what Cyanogenmod is based on.
CM looks more like real stock Android whereas Samsung rom has a completely different UI experience as it uses its own TouchWiz UI.
If you want to know differences try them.
Want experts to help me about upgrading to Android Jelly Bean(ver 4.1.* or 4.2.* as per suitability and compatibility) from existing Android Sandwich version.
I have two el-cheapo(Low Budget) Tablets with me.
1).Brand:---> Chuwi
Model:--->V17
ROM:---> nuclear_chuwi_V17_india_sc3014n
2).Brand:---> Broncho
Model:--->A710
ROM:--->crane_a710
Please HELP me to upgrade their ROM's or Firmware,so that I can run the Tablets in Jelly Bean Version of Android.
BOTH THE ABOVE TABS ARE ROOTED BY DEFAULT.

A couple new features in Android 4.3 include multiuser restricted profiles, Bluetooth smart technology additions, OpenGL ES 3.0 support, and a couple other minor enhancements. For a complete overview of Android 4.3 features I would recommend taking a look at this article http://www.xda-developers.com/android/android-4-3-announced-and-rolling-out-to-nexus-devices/ and this http://reviews.cnet.com/operating-systems/google-android-4-3/4505-3671_7-35760688.html article.
