Hey guys,
I just got my phone and I like it so far.
But I want to remove the drei hutchison branding, since I want to flash a new rom and remove the apps.
How can I do this?
Also, if I break my phone, how can I flash back the drei hutchison branding, I can't find any on the interweb.
Cheers

So, lollipop is out and my brother and boyfriend have both updated their note 4 to lollipop but mine always says that it has the latest software update already (mine is 4.4.4). I have also tried updating via kies but it says the same thing. The only updates I am getting is for the Samsung Link.
My phone is unlocked not sure it makes any difference and my brothers phone is unlocked too.
Thanks
Mine too didn't get update so I go to download and flash it with Odin ,,, it's works tooooooo fine and better than before

There are a few things I really don't understand. I have a UK sim free alpha on 4.4.4 which is being used in Portugal. I've seen lots of people with 5.0.2, but the update doesn't show on my phone, OTA nor via KIES. Does someone knows why this is happening?
Thanks
May be because you're using a UK varient in Portugal?
Or you modified your phone? Root? Custom recovery? This also prevents OTA...

You can also flash 5.0.2 via Odin, so you don't have to wait for the update to show up...(your KNOX will not be triggered using Odin to flash original firmware)
I have an AT&T Samsung Galaxy Alpha and it won't update from Android 4.4.4 Kit Kat. I've tried it through the settings and Kies with no success. I really don't want to root this device. What are some solutions?

Have you tried wiping the cache and doing a factory reset in recovery?
When you flashed firmware with Odin, did it pass? (Flashed okay with no errors)

I am very basic in my knowledge, hopefully someone more knowledge will be able to help you further, sorry.
Unfortunately it may be a hardware issue

If you don't know already, at the bottom of post #2, you can download "samfilm" which will help you download the firmware much faster.

The method above does not work - still stuck on splash screen boot up logo.
What made it brick
Just try and flash bootloader file... And then maybe a different firmware...

could you provide me on what version of bootloader? and how to find it out?
Try to flash the latest one. Download the rom and then extract it and flash via odin.... No harm in trying if everything else failed
