[Q] [XPERIA S] No simcard in my phone. - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

Hi
I have an Xperia S. It's a great phone but I'm having a problem. I did a "hard reset" on my phone and it stopped accepting any simcard.
I've done flashing my phone with Flashtools and after "hard reset" now appears the message:
"WARN - This file is ignored: simlock.ta"
How can I revert?
I bought the phone unlocked.
i dont have root my phone.
My simcard is "Claro" network brasilian. I have try Claro and TIM(other network) and same problem.
I have received this message "Please insert a SIM and restart the phone"
Thanks

Exacly how did u hard reset it? And flashing with flash tool shouldnot hAve caused unless u hv tried to unlock its bootloader in which case u hv to lock it again and flash the firmware again using flashtool.

I did "configuration / backup-restore / reset factory all"
After that, the phone did not accept the simcard more.
I'll try blocking 'bootloader' my phone. I will post the results.

Check first if it is locked or not.. Setool will help u to check if ur bootloader is unlocked or not

I'm also face problem like u before
Try this:
1) Flash to stock using seus (force install if needed)
2) Restore the locked bootloader using S1TOOL's RESTORE button
3) Flash to stock (again and i'm using seus)
4) Gain root using Flashtool
5) Unlock the bootloader using Flashtool (after pluging the phone, the option to unlock apperas inside "plugins" button)
6) and myphone can read sim card already

Did you unlock it using s1tool?
If yes, make a restore in s1tool, then flash the phone using wotan.
I got the same problem, this solved it.
edit:
If you unlocked it using wotan unlock, i hope you did a TA backup.

If you unlocked it with s1tool, then it's simple. Turn off your phone. Start s1tool, press "Restore". Follow the instructions. After finished, do an "Identify" to see id your loader is written with a capital "R". If it is so, your bootloader is locked.
http://www.wotanserver.com/downloads/WotanClient.exe
Use this to reflash your phone with generic fw.
This should solve your problem, as it solved mine.
okay thanks, i will try it..
is this same with flashtool??

[Q] Flashing Kernel in WT19i

I want to Flash custom Kernels in my phone which is a wt19i . Can someone tell me how to do that
There are many post that teach you this.
First unlock your bootloader and you can flash the boot.img or ftf with either fasrboot or flashtool

SE Bootloader Unlocking v1.6 by quangnhut123
hope this helps!
It's your phone sim locked?
If it is then: do you have access to fastboot mode?? ( turn off your phone hold the volume up key and connect the phone to your computer without letting go of the key, the notification led should turn blue. That is fastboot.)
If yes then you will need to unlock your bootloader either the official way here http://unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com or the test point method here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1285285.
If you don't have access to fastboot then you will need to simunlock your phone first and as of what I know and at this moment you will need to pay for it.
Once you unlocked your bootloader you have to flash the kernel of your choice using flashtool here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1351309
You cannot enter fastboot if bootloader is locked.

well i know of people able to go into fastboot with locked bootloader the problem is when you have a sim lock and the bootloader unlock allowed: no message in the service menu then you will have to pay to unlock the sim along with the fastboot.

SIM Card not Detected after flashing

hello guys..
i have my x10 mini can't detected my sim card..
this problem comes when i try to get Custom Rom and unlock bootlader and flash my kernel..
i have flashed my phone with flashtool and SEUS,
but my phone still not detected sim card yet..
i really need some solution for my mini..
thanks guys..
Your bootloader-unlock failed
Flash back to stock rom (Use SEUS or PC Companion to do a repair ) and relock your bootloader afterwards.
If you're lucky your network capabilities will come back.

Do it the ohter way round please if you've already flashed a custom kernel, go back to stock first through PC Companion and then relock the bootloader.

I'm guessing relocking the bootloader helped then?
Do you have S1Tool? I'm curious about the output of the identify-button
Chances are unlocking your bootloader will disable your network again.

There are three safe circumstances in which you can unlock your bootloader:
1: You bought your phone sim-unlocked, in which case it's got a simlock-certificate by sony-ericsson
2: You sim-unlock your phone using an unlock code from your carrier (emma/imei-code), usually free after your initial contract-period
3: You sim-unlocked your phone using Omnius (or something similar)
I just bought mine without a contract, it wasn't that expensive, about a year after they came out, so i've got no carrier lock-in, which is a bonus. Apart from that, sim-unlocking your phone using a code from your provider is the safest way to do things.
Flashtool will unlock your bootloader, but s1tool will give you the information you need to know if it's safe.

It's showing no network. What should I do now? I want android 4.0.4 for my x10 mini pro. lol

Omnius doesn't allow bootloader unlock after using it to SIM unlock. My phone is factory locked to T-Mobile UK and I've never unlocked it and my bootloader unlock was fine
