[kernel] [P] Neuro kernel CM9 v1 Release - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

Based on sources ThP ICS kernel + Stock kernel
Testing only on CM9 FXP 144, and on the stock fw not work!

hi,
I would reccomend not to use OC to 1.5GHZ!
it is not safe yet, because we can't change the voltage yet.
it can decrease the cpu life a lot, and a repair is about 250 euro (here in nl).
i know it because it happened to me!

Works, but as you already stated - the position of the 1200 is not correct. I used it together with the recommended script. I will report about battery life this evening.
