If you've reported that issue in the JoyOS thread, wait for the developer to fix it.
Or you could do it yourself maybe...
Just don't be so impatient, people here don't get paid for their efforts, they do things in their own time and because they care about our phones...
Questions like this sound disrespectful and rude.

Go into CWM, Mounts and Storage and format /system, /data and /cache, maybe that will help.

I searched in Q&A section, and i found the solution here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=33923401&postcount=4

So you're on unlocked bootloader now.
Go to xrecovery. Then do factory reset(full wipe). Go to partition tools. Format system, then format data, then format cache. Then mount system, mount data and mount cache.
Then go to install custom zip. And then select the feralab rom. After the installation gets complete, reboot, and go back to the recovery. Wipe cache partition, then go to advanced and wipe dalvik cache and fix permissions.
Then reboot.
Your rom will work then
And yes, there's a thanks button below so just click it if you want to
...nah...still stuck on lockedbootloader...!!!
...but thanks for the IMMEDIATE response...
---you are AWESOME...!!!
...(((can i still run that same installation on my phone!!!)))
...and can you PLEASE give a link to download the rom from...v13.5...
...again...THANKS!!!
Why do you want v13.5 when there are updated versions of the rom now ?
Well, don't have v13.5
but I can provide you with the links from v14 to v19. HERE it is.
And yes, I unlocked my bootloader through THIS method. You can try it if you wish to !

And yes, you can still run the installation with the same procedure, if you'll be using v20. just flash the given kernel with the rom too. and then follow the procedure.
ALL THE BEST !
this is Feralab thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1458001
Just follow the instructions
i have a little problem:
i just installed cyanogen 10, and all went great, except it won't do anything
it's just the blue icon on the start, and it's like that for hours, until the battery over
is there something i can do, or is complety bricked?
Doesn't sound like everything went all that great then!
What recovery did you use to flash the ROM? Did you wipe the device as per instructions first? Can you reboot into recovery mode? What ROM were you on before?
Just as a tip, you'll have to provide more detail and show you are trying to resolve the problem or you will find yourself on your own more often than not...

well, i'm kinda new to this, so i used this post on xda:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1803593 (my samsung tablet is 10.1, not 10.1v, i don't know if it makes the diference)
there was step 7 that says:
7. Once in recovery: clean cache & clean dalvik cache. (I did a full wipe to be sure I don't report bugs to pershoot which are linked to data problems).
and i remember clean cache, but the dalvik cache i couldn't find it
the rom i had was the same from the store, androind 3.2 i guess
and yes, i can go to the recovery mode, what can i do?
The first thing you shouod always to before flashing roms is make a backup in CWM recovery. If you have a backup then go to restore in recovery and restore it ans start over. Dalvnik cache is in the advanced section of CWM recovery. So is format system if you need to that per the instruction provided by the rom's OP.

i didn't made a backup, so there is any file that can bring the old system back (android 3.2) ?
or is it possible to do directly on the CWM menu? (if there is, how do i do it? )
and thanks in advance for your help
Your going to have to use ODIN to get back to stock 3.2. Use the Unrooting process outlined I this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1474971. THIS WILL WIPE YOUR SD CARD PARTITION. From there, reflash clockworkmod recovery with ODIN, but use the one provided by pershoot on his blog if you plan to flash one of his experimental CM builds. Goodluck! Follow all steps carefully, perform all necissary wipes. Oh and the first thing to do after you flash clockworkmod is perform a backup!

I think the links in the thread I gave you might be dead. If so you need the US 3.2 tar file. You can get it at sammobile.com.

You could ve flashed the wrong firmware or the one for different country.
try checking the firmware version and country version.
Still not working ?
Get a working store apk from Google.
No?
Use some other market temporarily like appbrain.

Hi, guys! Im new to this forum and installed the v20 feravolt + ferakernel for my x10!
First impressions are like "wow! thats another phone!", much better than SE 2.3.3
But the problem is sometimes the phone just freezes for 0.5sec or the app needs to be forced close! I dont know what's happening because I've followed all the instructions.
Im using Unlocked bootloader 2.6.29-ferakernel v2.7 with v20 ~Final~ Break The Limits...
I intalled the FIX included in feravolt thread for Unlocked bootloader
Any tips/tricks to fix it?

I don't believe there is a "fix" for v20 for unlocked bootlaoders...
Try doing a full wipe and install again?
This is what I usually do before installing a new ROM:
1. wipe data (x3)
2. wipe cache
3. Go into mounts and storage and mount system and then format system (x3)
4. Wipe Dalvik Cache
5. Install Rom
6. Reboot
I have the kernel and ROM without a patch and everything is working...
Hope this helps...

Yes but format system and data and cache and preload and wipe dalvik cache too before you flash it. Is you're gapps good and the one use by others on this rom?.
Hey guys, Been having issues with my camera and custom roms, I tried to install Cyanogenmod a while back and it had issues then but I just uninstalled it thinking it was the rom, But now that I have tried to flash roms 3 different times with the same issue I am stumped on what this is, The camera refuses to register on the device, the camera app itself just straight up crashes, no other app can detect the camera either, Anyone know any way to fix this? Ive tried taking the battery out for 5 minutes then rebooting, Clearing the data and cache etc etc. I have no idea what to do. I really appreciate any help possible.
Oh forgot to say I tried safemode too.
Any help would be really appreciated thanks!
Could be the Gapps you are using. Some remove the stock camera and replace it with the Google camera and it doesn't work right. Please list which variant of the S5 you are using, which RR update and which Gapps for further assistance.

ResurrectionRemix-M-v5.7.1-20160712-kltedv Am on the S5 900I, Could it be the Gapps? I tried out other applications like facebook and another camera app which its not detecting the camera at all on that either, and I am using "BaNkS-Dynamic-GApps-6.x.x-10-20-15"
It's either that or the kernel. Now that I am thinking about it, it is probably kernel related since you have a Korean variant and it's a bit different than the US and EU ones. You can try the Open Gapps version to check though. If not that, you might have to see if there is a custom kernel for CM13 based roms that support the L variant or try another rom. Also, make sure you are on the correct bootloader and modem for whatever rom you are trying for best results. The developer should mention if you need something specific.

Ohhh...I thought it said 900L. That makes a HUGE difference. lol Anyway, if the Gapps don't help, wipe cache and dalvik cache and flash this https://www.dropbox.com/sh/3z7nwwq7.../boeffla-kernel-3.0 stable_RR-kltexx.zip?dl=0

No worries. I've done this so many times I can do it in my sleep. lol You would want to wipe system, dalvik cache, and cache and reflash the rom and new Gapps. I'd almost bet it's the kernel though because I think they typically make the roms for the 900F and just change some stuff to get them to boot on other variants. Either way, you won't need to wipe data, so won't hurt to try. Will just take some time as it goes through and optimizes the apps each time you wipe the caches.

Hmm. Well, I'd try the Gapps then. Open Gapps > ARM > 6.0 > Pico
Wipe system, cache, dalvik. Flash rom then Gapps. Then test. If not still, then I would wipe caches again and try the kernel one more time. If still not working then that rom just isn't gonna work for you.

Still not working :/ Its weird the rom is specifically ment for the 900I I believe when I got it so I dont know whats wrong with it, Same thing happened with Cyanogenmod 13 too. I found someone having the exact same problem that I am having on here http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/2521961 At the bottom someone mentions what the exact cause is but not a fix
I was thinking updating the stock firmware might help but didn't help that other guy.
The only way to figure it out at this point would be to do a logcat and post it on put it on pastebin and provide a link on the RR thread so someone cam help troubleshoot the error.
