[Q] On screen navbar on TW Omega - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello everyone
I've been looking around and i can't find anything related to on screen navbars on omega.
I need it for use with my glove proof stylus (AKA AAA battery), because it doesn't work with soft buttons.
A few threads mention some flashable zips but none say anything about TW Omega.

nav keys on s3

good day, just wondering if there are other roms that give an option to use the nav keys? i'm planning to disable the capacitive buttons on my s3 and use the nav ones instead... so far i've read that the unofficial AOKP port can do this but i'm having second thoughts as the rom is having camera issues for some.
is there any other rom or launcher that can do this? thanks in advance for helping out a newbie. tried reading all of last night but the lack of search on threads (maybe not yet allowed on my account) makes it tough to do so
The Navbar is AOKP only for us.

[Q] Whats the best mod/theme/solution for me?

Hi all! now i understand that threads debating the 'Best' ROM, theme, app, mod or setting arent something XDA is fond of, but thats not the particular reason I'm here, I've looked through countless threads in the mod/theme section and I'm wondering if someone can help me find the best solution for me. I'm relatively technically minded and a half-decent IT worker but I will openly admit when it comes to development/flashing, I'm one to follow instructions to the letter to get what I need up and working, but never learn the deeper workings.
I've an unbranded i9300 which I've had flashed with CM 10/10.1 and have kept updating with nightlies, but now I seek to branch out and find a ROM that will allow me the super-stability, additional working features (Allshare Cast [in particular], NFC, multi-view) of the stock Samsung image. I've since flashed philz custom touch recovery, and then proceeded to flash Sotmax Jelly Bean Ultimate Stock V10 available here. Its provided all the features I want, working, a good kernel and some customizability but the cartoony, colourful Samsung visuals are the reason I flashed from stock in the first place.
Can anyone help me find anything I can add to my device to get me a stock 4.1.2 lock screen, dropdown/notifications, launcher and settings? Essentially as much of the UI from CM10.1 as possible. I flashed Domination 1.4.3 as it looked and seemed perfect - but didn't change the lockscreen, and i started noticing lots of lag when scrolling/opening apps instantly. Is it thoroughly incompatible with the ROM im looking to use, or have i done something wrong along the way?
If this is a noob thread i do apologize but these forums can be so cluttered and misorganized to someone unused to searching through them that it can be hard to find something - if you dont know exactly what it is you need.

So you want some features from Samsung stock rom (camera, NFC, default framework and drivers), but the look of original 4.1.2 (CM10)?
I want this too!
Use any Sammy rom and use holo locker and holo launcher HD from play store for the vanilla android look

Thank you, i'll be checking those two out!
Ive since found the Null ROM here and it also seems to be exactly what we want/need from scratch, a mix of 4.1.2, Samsung Features, and a CM/AOKP look and feel. Still missing that lock screen though. Holo locker is the look that i desire - but it seems to lag when switching on, the normal homescreen displays for up to a second before it reverts to the lock. odd..
I use UltimaRom for same reason.
I wanted to use some of samsung apps but with look and feel of CM10.
And UltimaRom provides that. It also let me choose which samsung I want to keep and which I want to get rid of to keep my phone faster.
Ultima looks excellent! Thanks for the recommendation, nice boot loaders too and excellent file/mod support on his site

take a look at the null rom. Perfect for all your needs.

[Q] Haptic Feedback on Keyboards

Hi all
I'm not sure if its just me, but the type of vibration I feel from pressing a key on the Samsung IME keyboard is very snappy and realistic and "buttony"; whereas if you use a non-stock keyboard, it just feels like a blunt thud.
I've tried to mess around with the timing on the other keyboards but it just doesnt feel the same. I've looked all around to see if anyone has recreated this effect but to no avail.
I just wanted to know if anyone has pin-pointed what makes the default keyboard just "click"; and if so- be able to make this a customisable feature whether part of a kernel or anything like that.
I am using MIUI official 2.12.29 with Siyah Kernel v5.0.1 if it helps
Thank you in advance.

[Q] How to change Softkey Appearance on SGS3 (i put a picture if it here)

How can i change my Softkeys look like the ones down on the picture (mine look like the ones at the top) ? Only found threads for nexus...
[So i am new here couldnt post the link so i describe the picure]
On the top there is the GS3 nav bar. The home and back key look different from the ones on the nexus.
I want to know if its possible to change this?
Specs:
Galaxy SIII I9300
Stock Android 4.1.2, rooted
Pls would be nice if i would not need custom roms, custom kernels and stuff...
Thanks

[Q] How can I add navbar to a KitKat ROM?

I have a Chinese mtk6592 based dual-sim phablet known as the tronsmart ps7 and many other names, ulefone u7/u69 and about 7 other brands, the ROMs seem to be compatible across the board with all the rebranded units.
It has jellybean and KitKat ROMs, cwm and a pretty simple flashing tool.
The device has physical capacitive buttons that do not light up and are impossible to find in the dark (I stuck glow in the dark stickers to them) I can use ultimate dynamic navbar and a few xposed modules to get me most of what I want but all of the add-on navbars overlap the keyboard and don't resize the desktop which is meh.
Build.prop edits do not work as the ROM itself does not contain a navbar to turn on.
Its a 7 inch 1920x1200 screen so I have plenty of real estate.
So can anyone point me in the right direction, is it even possible?
