Hey Guys
I use xposed app settings to set dpi.
So i set SystemUI to have the notification bar show at 240 dpi but for some reason the app usage space is still the same. So there is this gap which is very obvious when i use apex launcher. (Apex launcher seems to add a tint to the background, touchwiz doesn't.) When i open apps the gap is there too but not noticeable since its black.
Am i missing something or am i doing something wrong?
here are some pics:
I have Xposed app settings on HB 20/6 on my i9000 and I have set Facebook and Instagram to 160dpi but when uploading pictures the preview window is messed up, how can I fix?
I'm using stock twlauncher & mods on my galaxy s3 & was running perfect but now got problem. I'm using CM based custom rom, I just had changed the whole system dpi to 240 & the twlauncher as well weather widget got small & then i had revert back to stock value 320 dpi, after that the launcher's size got perfect as before but the problem persist in accuweather widget that is the size of accuweather still small & i tried to resize its size with Xposed App Settings module but the widget size did not getting its original size according to my screen resolution. Can someone tell me that what i did wrong or what i should do to resize the weather widget to match with twlauncher in size. And the second issue is whenever i touch the menu button from twlauncher then the menu option does not showing pop up but the main problem is weather widget size. Thanx a lot in advance
Nobody doing response till yet
As shown in screenshot, I've changed my DPI/smallest width in Developer options from 360 (default) to 400 (recommended by DPI calculator)
Everything is scaled down nicely including text, icons, and pretty much everything in the UI itself.
But what's bothering me is that the Google Now Launcher's grid won't change for some reason. It still has 4 columns and the spaces between them are so big. Shouldn't it change according to the DPI?
The Pixel Launcher I've downloaded also has the same problem. The dock adjusted fine, which is what I want because now I can put more apps within it. Now I want the same thing for the apps that are not on the dock. Why aren't they changing?
Notes:
Changing the DPI to a far larger number didn't work.
Restarting phone didn't do anything either.
Force stopping launcher didn't work too.

I want to resize Google calendar apk so that it fits better on android wear, it works great but is a bit oversized, is there a way to force a Dpi on the apk?
