can any one tell me , how to move to new screen on clicking on list view row?
Thanx in advance
Wrong forum buddy. This is for ROM development. Regarding your question, you should learn a little more about activities and views.. and switching between activities.

Hey Guys, Im trying to install XFCE4 on Webtop, everythings downloaded and installed, its just a matter of turning it on. I went into start-oshwt-2 and added the lines im supposed to, and put a hash in front of awn-autostart and webtop-wallpaper. Now, when its all booting and everything, it looks like its going well, then it goes blank, and Android returns to the phone screen (but without touch controls, they dont come back until I unplug the hdmi cord.) Whats going on here, how can I make this work? Thanks
I havent tried yet,but a good "how-to" would be appreciated as I would also like to install XFCE4.
Im going to say a fallacy:
Even though you are right posting your question here, your answer is already posted on the Development forum.
Sorry for not providing the url but if you search there, you'll find it.

how about this question then:
Can you install the base ubuntu/kubuntu/xubuntu-desktop packages and have them work?
If so,what startup items should be listed in that startup script?
Alright, hey guys, this is for anyone looking for an answer to this question. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1420376
I know this is the wrong section but I dont have enough posts to get into the right section , and I cant make 10 posts without creating spam, as a webmaster I know how much spam sucks and users saying "cool post, kthxbai" 10 times.
Anyways,
I'm brand new to android development, I just got eclipse set up and working. When I try to drag and drop any buttons to the emulated screen, the orange lines prevent me from dropping and buttons or elements. I have no idea why the lines are there because I used to be able to drag and drop just fine.
here is an image of my screen, apparently I need 8 posts to have a picture link

How do I get rid of these orange lines, and what do they mean?
I very much appreciate any help I can get and I greatly appreciate you for your time. Thank you
How the f*** do I get to see the comments on apps in marketplace? I can´t even figure out how to make a new comment on my own?
The sad thing is that I´ve just swapped my Nexus S for this Nokia (wanted to try something new, and thought the WP7.5 looked interesting) After a couple of days playing around it seems like it is as "closed source" as the iPhone which I did not like at all
Swipe left when on the program install page in market?
It is as closed as the iOS eco-system, that's never been a secret.
As for seeing the ratings, it's easy, after tapping on the app that you want, just swipe the screen to the left, or tap the 'reviews' header:
Thanks to both of you. Stupid Me.. Didn´t occour to Me at all

Click to collapse
I think I've heard it all now - everyone and his dog wants to boot as fast as possible, so they can start to use the phone, and you want to watch a film?
The boot animation will just last as long as the phone needs to load all the OS files. And a longer boot animation? Why?!
