hey guys
i bought S3 two weeks back
it runs smooth but when i play temple run it starts lagging like when i try to turn by swiping it keeps going straight
the game works fine for initial minute or two. even on Google play store, reviews of S3 users for temple run mention this problem
I tried turning power saving mode off , hard reset but no luck
has anybody else having the same problem?
i have played it on my ipod and it irritates me that i cant play like it on my new phone so plz help me resolve the problem,

If you purchased the game I'd simply suggest you upgrade to the latest version (as I've got the game on my s3 and works perfectly).
If you downloaded it from somewhere then either its a dodgy version or the way they've cracked it is effecting game play.

I downloaded it from Google Playstore only and it was free
Other games like Asphalt 7 or Shadowgun are working fine
Oh I was referring to the ''Brave'' version. Are you running any custom rom that could be interfering.

It's not available for the EVO 3D, but it's possible to get it on your phone by doing something like purchasing it on another (rooted) android, backing it up with titanium backup, and restoring the backup onto your phone (also with titanium backup).
EDIT: You can also trick the market into thinking you have a different phone that GTA is available for using a few free apps available in the market; however, I have tried a few different apps and haven't gotten them to work, but other users have reported it works for them.
I followed a market link when it first came out, the game runs fine, no issues.

I bought gta3 from the market the morning it came out, and I play it frequently. I followed a link from engadget.com . Now gta3 does not show in the market on my 3d to update, it does show that i purchased it in the market on my Acer 100 tablet.

I "found" it online. Downloaded the data but the game just sits at the black screen...wont run for me.

Try pressing home button when you are on black screen then
hold home button and click GTA 3 icon
or
Start it from notifications..........It worked for me.
I see it baked into some Roms but could never get it to play correctly
I have the app let me know if any one wants it

I have it running flawlessly. However I didn't get it from the Android market on the phone. It installed and downloaded the "required files" without any problems.. Runs in HD, but the controls are a bit annoying, as with most driving games for touchscreen devices.
bought this the morning it came out and works perfectly, cant see why they removed it the next day...

Game runs GREAT!! Although you can't do the Sixaxis on the EVO 3D but you can on the Galaxy Nexus

n before playing games make sure to clear da RAM so dat enuf memory is available...

similar story. When i run "heavy" games like critical strike asphalt 6 etc it hangs after a few seconds of game play... this only occurs when i use AOKP, AOSP or CM9 based roms but when i use Sammy roms (stock or based) i am all fine.... tried with and without UV/UC

well its nothing to do with the rom ma8, i have heard that from lot of people that the 'Temple Run' issue is with its app. hence u see those freeze on ur phone
a have used lot of games from Game loft and they all wrk fine

Thx for the info. However, I experience this issue with several other apps too. Cordy, spirit HD, samurai vs zombies etc etc etc (not with any game loft games yet)

im on stock rom but everytime i play asphalt 6 sudenly screen become black but i still can hear background music playing...

I know it's possible to play some games on the X10; I wanted to get Order and Chaos running on mine. I can get it to install, and download the data, but when it goes to check the license it force closes. Is a cracked apk the only way to get this and other Gameloft games to play on the X10? I just purchased 3 others that claim compatible with my X10, but when I install give a Device not supported error. Just changed my build.prop to spoof it into thinking it's a Desire HD, but will I still get the FC when it checks the license? Even though they are legitimate, purchased games? (can't get past the data download right now, as I'm at work with limited internet)

could be i had for a short time but no performance is that good to mess up with this unbelievable ugly notification backhround... after playing with it I noticed that its unelnecessary to game with a smartphone and that the only two games i play regularly (mc black pegasus and call of mini zombies) run on every rom lagfree, even, EVEN on stock

The game Rayman Jungle Run is marked incompatible in the Play Store, but on Amazon Apps it says it is compatible.
When sideloaded the game runs perfect, and it is gorgeous with those hand drawn art assets.
I hope they patch dead zone the game is so badass I even play it with the pink guys but I would like it to work

I haven't had this issue at all, almost all apps on the market work fine for me. I was even able to install the XDA App for Tablets directly from the Market (it works without a hitch). It makes me interested in sideloading some apps from my Prime, given the DNA does have a very high res display. Will post results.
Angry birds star wars HD starts up but when selecting a level it instantly quits.

GTA Vice City works great when side loaded. Bought it on Nexus 7 and used titanium backup then installed on DNA. Works flawless!:laugh:

which app didn't work? I used my backups from my nexus to restore my games to my DNA and I had no issues other than angry birds star wars FC...
ChompSMS - had to install it from their website. Works great.

But when I tried playing It, the screen would go black, and the GAMELOFT loading circle would appear (loading) for a second, then disappear, then it would continue glitching out like this, so now I can't play. I read the game reviews and I'm not the only one with this issue. Any ideas on how to fix? For samsung galaxy s3

Maybe you guys need to be on complete stock? It's a shot in the dark but something may be interfering with your game.
Or the game thinks that you don't have enough RAM. It sometimes happens when you play heavy games. Clear RAM and try again.
