Do a reboot
not working on xperia s!moved to system/app changed the permissions do a reboot ...nothing!
cleared dalvik cache....same thing.old sony stock lockscreen!
Works great on my xperia u.

Why you choose this mod ?
Because, this mod which I themed when I inspired from Xperia Tablet S keyboard. I've been taken from 1 weeks to create a theme for Xperia S keyboard. I've been seen some screenshot from Xperia Tablet S, I've got a idea, then I started to rebuild png's by Photoshop and then I managed and
put them on apk. So, This mod looks very nice, beautiful and such like Xperia Tablet S from screenshot below.

BEFORE YOU DO THIS, MAKE A BACKUP FIRST AND CLEAR DATA OF XPERIA KEYBOARD FIRST, IF YOU ALREADY INSTALLED XPERIA S KEYBOARD

I think u are on HDPI and its for MDPI phones.... i dont have any HDPI device so i cant fix that but u share ur semcphone.apk so ill try to fix that for u....
HDPI SemcPhone
I tested it on my ray and everything else was fine!
The attached SemcPhone is Xperia S ICS styled meant for 2011 HDPI devices. Hope it helps!

Well in that case open CMWallpaper.apk with 7zip & place this images in the directory where others are. It should work that way

That's no Xperia Z power widget, It's the old Xperia S On/Off widget which was released a long ago for ICS i think. You should change the thread Title.
