I think u are on HDPI and its for MDPI phones.... i dont have any HDPI device so i cant fix that but u share ur semcphone.apk so ill try to fix that for u....

I tested it on my ray and everything else was fine!
The attached SemcPhone is Xperia S ICS styled meant for 2011 HDPI devices. Hope it helps!

open bootanimation.. edit the txt file and instead of 400x800 put 320x480.. works with hdpi to mdpi bootanimations

it will work on sola, but the phone model will show up as ST25(Xperia U) in the 1st line below EnergyStar logo.
