ray is good but se neo v is of same price range but a bigger screen .....
why dont u save a bit more and buy xperia arc s ? its an awesome phone

I would suggest Xperia Neo V
It has an additional HDMI port and all the features of desire s.

If you would like to have a smaller screen then its also a good choice. But I would recommend you to buy new Sony (not Sony Ericsson] Xperia because they have some new technology. I think one phone out of the three Xperia NXT series launched is priced around Xperia neo or ray and that phone has a screen size equivalent to ray. Neo still has a larger screen size.

We can use some libs from Xperia s but not shure for Xperia j ....I will try some from Xperia s if I get it booting.
