Between a small doubt. If mother board is gone. And if the service centre guy send the mother board to the company, will the company guys come to know that it's rooted?

Mere rooting will not destroy the mother board and cannot be held against you even if they can find out which is unlikely. A severe voltage surge perhaps and that can be found out.
Don't give up yet. Pull out the battery, give it a few hours, and reinstall battery and who knows it might be up and running again

I tried removing battery the batter and put.it.back after half hour... still the same
And can I argue.that rooting is not the cause and reclaim my warranty?

..you are of course not going to make an opening speech at the service centre stating that you had rooted your phone etc etc?!Offer prayers to Udupi Lord Krishna and go to the service centre and keep your mouth tightly closed. You will be alright, this is a high-tech phone that cannot die just like that unless of course something else physically was done to it like soaking in water etc...
I am doing just that now.... Between how do you know that I am from udupi

So for what ever reason housing was damaged or wrong color all was working fine untill the fast hands of oneself?

Any modifications carried out by non-Samsung authorised repair people (or anyone else for that matter) voids your warranty.
Basically you're asking a question only Samsung can answer. Soooo...You're going to have to roll the dice & send it in for warranty service & see what happens. Or have it repaired by someone other than Samsung.
Being a betting man, I'd say you'll be paying for the repairs either way.

They would have to be blind or dump not to see any difference since the original handsets have a label (battery space) with fone details on it....
But if you explain to them its better you pay Sammy to fix your fone then paying out for a brand new one...
That sticker is on the new one took it off the old one and put on the new.. Its a guinine cover
Sent from my R800i using XDA Premium App
At the end of the day, you're not going to find the answer to your question by posting on here.
You're only going to find out by asking Samsung to fix your phone....Soooo....How bout you do exactly that & let us know how you go ?
Ok if they wont repair il by a new screen on ebay for 120e and do it

So I unfortunately ended up with the charging bug.
When I put my phone In the wall charger it doesnt want to charge. The charging indicators all turn on but I still lose battery.
I've tested the cord and charger on my friends phone and they work. I've also put in a different battery with the same result. Also booted into safe mode.
Help?

I would try reverting back to stock, and if that doesn't work, then i would get a replacement. Sounds like a hardware issue.
My battery isnt charging very fast at all.

Wish the damn thing would hurry up and charge so that i can flash stock and see if that fixes it.

I would flash back to a stock ROM and start there. Make sure it is not hardware before you start changing software settings.
Can i flash a stock rom with 9% with odin mobile lol
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda premium
I'd try putting it on USB charge first. It might just be your charger has gone US rather than anything to do with the phone OS or software. Looking at those first screenshots I'm wondering about the 'discharging' 'charging' going on. To me that sugests the charger itself is not staying on charge mode.
The SIII gets 'stuck' sometimes says Samsung, they said it was a software issue so hopefully they'll fix it soon
Possible temp fix: turn off phone (works 90% of time for me)

Flashed stock ics an hr ago and I'm up to 30% that's the highest it's gotten to in the last 24 hrs. So think it's safe to say I'm back in business.

I think that your charger is bad. Try some rooted jb os with latest siyah kernel, then try to charge your phone with usb. Latest syiah kernel have tweaked usb charge to 900mA. You have managed to recharge a little bit because ics has weaker wireless than jb.
Sory for my bad english
Cant be bad charger because I've tried 2.
As soon as I flashed stock t-mobile ics the charging went back to the way it should be.
Was running latest overcome jb. Was working fine. Something must of gotten corrupted?
Only thing that fixed it was flashing stock.
Anyway crisis averted. Just glad Im not having to send it away to samsung.

I was using Odin to root my i777 on my laptop and about half way through the flash process my laptop died on me I had forgot to plug it in. Please I need help if possible I have read some about using a jig but not for sure it would work on my phone at this point.

I'm pretty sure that thing is HARD BRICKED, mainly cause it powered off during Odin (big no-no). Hopefully I'm wrong and someone else can chime in.
You can always try a jig before giving up

Georgia.
They received it on Wednesday and I had it back in 7 days. I did pay for rush processing and expedited shipping. So $95 when it was all said and done.
JTAG http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joint_Test_Action_Group
It's a low level way to interact with the phone when the primary os is not installed or borked like mine. My solder fu is not that strong yet, so I didn't want to attempt to figure it out myself.

I have had two experiences with Mobiletechvideos and my Samsung Galaxy S3.
Bricked it in January -- sent it off and it was back to me in under a week. Worked like a charm until,,,,,
Two weeks ago I was flashing a custom rom when the battery died. My fault.... sucker was dead, dead. Sent it back to Mobiletechvideo on a Thursday (overnight mail). It was back in my hands the following Saturday. Working just like new again.
These guys are great - I appreciated that they communicated with me through the process.
