Hi is there anyway to hide apps from menu and open it in some other way. I have root access.
2. Its there any way to find our firmware version when I received it

1. I use Go Launcher. The app start has an option to select which apps you wish to hide.
Open app drawer / phone menu / hide app / check apps to hide / ok
2. Mix and matching your firmware will change your product code, and will not be recognised. To check for original, look on the box your phone came in or under the battery for product code.

Hi!
I know that GPS toggle works only with Secure Settings and so on but... i converted my tasker app to system and after that GPS toggle stopped working. I decided to convert Secure Settings to system as well but still no result. Does anybody have explanations or solutions?

I got this app Light Flow, and i find it very useful, but i got an annoying issue when i'm opening the folder, it play sound like "Folder is opend" "Folder is close" ...
Any suggestion, or any other application?
U had that problem too, you can't turn that off, the developers have to sort that out, that is if they want to. I liked that app but the vioces really pissed me off

I found the solution:
For those who wants to try it do the following with your Samsung S3: - Go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Talkback "ON" - Select "Settings" from the bottom of the page - Uncheck all Talkback options - Switch Talkback "Off" again - Go back to Settings -> Application manager -> All - Disable Google TTS (text to speech) - Disable Samsung TTS (text to speech)

Hi, i deleted nearby devices apk, and all allshare apks but i still get the allshare cast and nearby devices option in the more settings menu.
if i select them, they force close the settings menu because they are not installed, can't this apps be removed from the menu so i cant select them after i delete them?
The same happens for the stock and weather widgets, even if i delete them the option to select them on the lockscreen settings appear.
im on stock ICS rom
Anyone?
You also need to remove the .odex files of the same name

No matter what my htc weather clock always shows me in the wrong place with the wrong weather data, is there a fix for this?
This happens on my mom's phone and I haven't found a fix for it yet.

Open settings/developer options and make sure the option to display fake location weaather and data isn't enabled. And turn on GPS and open google maps and get a lock.
