Here you are.
xda doesn't allow me to add more than 8MB apks so I added it zip and attached for you.
And remember, Do NOT flash this zip using CWM its a simple zip doesn't carry update script.

install "deodex stock ST15i_xperia_mini_4.1.B.0.431.zip"

The only rom which has less bug is stock rom from sony install the latest .587 ics rom then mod it as you want.
Here are some best mod/port which I like most

yes you will lose root. here are the tutorial to root it again after root your device install this app, it will enable CWM at boot

You can check real ics,unlimited,real ics lite or minicmsandwich lite..All those are very good and stable roms. Battery consumption varries a little but u cab get a lot more features than official roms and fast as well. All the four roms works with kernel panic. Give it a try and see which one suits u most

Hi, I mod framework-res.apk for Stock ICS 587 Xperia Mini Pro
I just change switch button of wifi, bluetooth and other on settings
please look at the screenshot on attachment files
Requirement
-Rooting
-CWM Recovery
Installation
-Download Switch_settings_update.zip from attachment files
-Copy to your sdcard
-Just reboot into recovery and flash it
Uninstall
-Just flash Switch_settings_undo.zip
