Hey guys I want the stock google 2.1 launcher in .apk or in any way that can be installed,anyone helping would be great...running cm7 by nAa
I don't know if you can find the exact stock launcher, but for sure you should check Tweaked Xperia S Home Launcher.
Choose the "Corners" version and you will have the same functionality (if not better) as the stock launcher.

He's says he's looking for the Google-launcher, not the Sony Ericsson one, but why he'd want that is beyond me... I found the stock android launcher on Gingerbread already severely limited, can't imagine an older one being more functional.

Copy to - system \ app
and set the permissions as shown in the figure.
PS may not work android 2.2-2.3-4.0 etc ...
work guaranteed for android 1.6 and android 2.1.

X10's gallery is a cool 3D photo/image viewer, and I think it's worth a try. It works on the X8, although pressing the camera button will cause the app to crash. If I'm not mistaken, root is not required. I'll post the file here later if you wish to try it.. In the meantime, here's some pics.

You can't get mediascape on other phones apparently there are several checks which ensures it works only on x10..

Ok try this one, hope is the one that I downloaded from facebook. There was another one from this forum some guy trying the same thing, but I am not sure if is the same. I did not try it, so proceed with care.

of course, you can use both methods, but the zip is to be installed in recovery. Should work on CWM or xRecovery the same. But as I said, I am not sure it works, anyway, I did not test it, proceed with care , have first a backup.

Well, i extracted DigitalClockWidget.apk, copied it to system/app and it worked! Was not exactly the same clock as the one i posted, but i think it also has the look thank you!

Some other, but now I can't access internet via my pc. I am using taptalk. I would open a new thread with my mod but I cannot attach files with the app. I tries opera mini it keeps loading forever, and stock browser shows an error.
