I was just wondering if i can flash that on my S3 international version. I live in Indian. And if its not possible to flash the above ROM can some one at least help me find some kind of launcher with HTC sense 4 theme? thanks.

u cant flash another phone's rom onto yours..it'll end up in a hard brick. Be careful with that.
You checked all Web but not on the most obvious place : original development section for s3! Heh

I felt like an idiot after reading that *derpface*
I searched all the xda forums for "Sense" didnt got anything!! :/
Am I searching on the wrong place or anything?
btw thanks!
I saw this!
Yeah,
Last week I swapped my HTC One X for the Galaxy S3 seeing this project as I loved Sense 4! I changed my device because I had lots of hardware problems with my HTC and sent it twice for a refurb!
It looks like they havent done work for this project for a few months, It is still really glitchy so I am stuck with TouchWiz as I don't like ASOP
Samsung's new multi-window multi tasking is exclusive. However, Does this feature exist in any rom for our device? Can it be made? Is it possible?
It allows you to open many apps at once, viewing all of them without having to lose any of your data to switch to another window

From a HW point of view, our device is certainly capable of running apps at the same time (and it does), and our display is large enough to view 2 windows/apps at once.
But from a SW POV, HTC has not implemented this and I don't think they will. Sense 5, their newest iteration does not have this.
IMHO, I can see this "multiview" feature be implemented on tablets because of all the wasted space on the display. But on phones it just seems more of a gimmick that real useful. It's nice to have, sure, but I don't see myself using it that often.

I know we don't have the biggest screen. But don't you think it would be nice to Reply To a text message on Whatsapp, without having your Youtube Video Interrupted? Or Continue recording a video while you search something on Google?
Can this be implemented in Roms? Having multi-window? Or is it too hard for devs?

To tell you the truth, I have to idea if it can be implemented, I leave that answer to the DEV's.
I'm just pointing out that in real-life situations in my opinion it would prove to be a "feature" you wouldn't use. Yes, Youtube does not continue playing when you switch the app, but that could be fixed by the Youtube app. And seriously, when replying a text message, can you really watch the video at the same time?

Trust me man, I think the new HALO thing has a multi window like feature. Go to XDA or youtube, watch how it works and trust, if you use your phone the way i do, those little things matter a lot.

This kind of feature can be implemented at software level by app developers. In fact moboplayer already includes a window feature that can be displayed over other apps.

He just said it can be implemented in any rom, so either build your own or ask your favourite rom dev to include it....

There is one important issue with that
A multi window approach is against all google android guidelines
CM devs have thought about in the past but god harsh critics from google devs to not do it
Samsung has gotten around it by using blacklists for apps that will not use it
If you want it by a samsung device

They will, but it may be a while. They have to fill it full of bloatware. Be patient, and it will come.

I believe it will, AT&T usually delivers updates (in my experience) it just takes them six+ months to release them. Expect it sometime around February I'm guessing.
Thanks guys then just wait a few more months .

The devs here are occupied with recovery and other basic stuff like that, but i'm sure you can reach them in the Developer section here. Also, the Ultra is yet to be released in the west (release around next week - i hope), and things will gain speed when more people gets their hands on the device.
Ohk thanks
