You are using Xperia T Contacts, it should be that (transparent) nothing is wrong look at this thread

Tats, nt hw it shld look, its a bug with the phonebook, I sumtime getit and automatically goes away, try clear data of 'phonebook and contacts' @-}--

It Looks like that because the Xperia T/Sola Phone.apk is supposed to be used on HDPI device, Yes it has transparent Background Issue on MDPI
I'm Using the Xperia T Phone.apk on my XRay and didn't Have this issue

Well even if its a bugs, i think its a lovely bugs, now i can see more than before.
I use xperia s Phonebook on this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1725189 before and its has no transparent dial pad.

its not semcphone.apk or contacts.apk problem
its a theme problem
you need to change your defaultthemes.apk that there is in /system/app

no it defaultthemes.apk. i was using hdpi version. push the original mdpi versin then it fixed "gan".

Original Razr M home-screen launcher works well on any ICS/JB devices...
I have tested in my Neo v (fw 587) Working great.. the clock widget displays cool notifications of missed calls and sms :good:.. THIS IS NOT MY WORK AND I WILL NEVER BE CAPABLE OF DOING such a nice stuff :silly:

Ok do it as i did.. MAKE SURE DEVICE IS ROOTED..
1 .install any launcher from playstore..
2. delete this apks from system/app (Home.apk, DefaultThemes.apk, HomeAdds.apk, HomePreference.apk, WeatherWidget.apk)( using rootexlporer) tap r/w in system/app and you can copy and keep backup of your original apks somewhere in sd card.. and you can push it same way if you want it back
2. copy downloaded apks..
3. paste it in sytem/app (and make sure not filling rom memory less then 40 mb or 50mb, just to keep some space:silly:, see top for memory info).
4. change permissions to (of those apks which pasted.. see thumbnail for changing permissions )
finally Reboot.. there you are.. enjoy...now you can Uninstall the launcher which you have downloaded from playstore
May be you know how to push apps to system using RootExplorer..
just little info who are new and for those who are struggling to install this apps...

Background is defined by framework and themes so modding app is pointless. I sugest installing Octane pack or part of that (find it in that part of forum) and you get normal background

You can use Xperia GX phonebook.apk instead of Xperia T phonebook
it is not transparent
But it has the "find contacts candidates" option like x-t????

Wow, it's really a miracle! Already test and it works very well. Just the box is missing, and you could remove the text that appears when you push the button... "unlock" and "sound off"...

To do the box thing, you need to know how to edit some .xml in the layout folder, the file keyguard_screen_tab_unlock.xml. And know some xml functions to add the background, the box, on it. XML can "import" so, what you need to do is use the drawable folder and change one image, I think cmfp.png has no problem to be replaced (not used, I guess), change this to a 320x480 image semi-transparent with the box, after edit the xml "import" the image as a fill-patern wallpaper.

but I didn't know, exactly how to edit xmls, but... This could resolve your problem if you know...
Normally XML uses a handler like the tag <RelativeLayout> you must add a background as a fill-patert (full screen)... I guess... But.... I'm noob with xml, I only know php. ._.

^^ Center clock
^^ download meter
