It'd be great to map the menu button to long-press recents.
I know how to edit buttons but not long press which I would like to have recent switched to menu and long press that for recent.

Can someone make a flashable to restore the recent apps on BAMF 3.0 RC4 in the notifications pull down menu? I miss that the most but I'm still loving the ROM. I tried to request it in the ROM thread but I'm getting ignored and thought I'd get help this way. Thanks!

for me holding the home button for 1 second seems quicker.

I prefer just pressing home as well.
I don't like the extra clutter.

And this is why we have not responded to this request.
We have 100 people that do not want it to every 1 that does. It is also a pita to re-enable considering the other mods.
If I get a moment, I will try to get to it.

I really hate to be a bother, because I know you've spent more time on this one mod than you would have liked to. But, would it be possible for to center the text on the clear button??? On the second version, with the clear button on the upper right corner, the word "clear" is pushed to the top of button as opposed to being in the middle. If you could indulge me on this, I'd really appreciate it! Not really a fan of large clear bottom button. Thx again for all you've done so far.

Try to see if the actual AOSP versions will work in the morning, if not, I'll mess with the themes.

I was going to ask this after Sense 4 was stable but since the menu button is slowly losing popularity (much as I love it) So can the menu button be bound with the Recent apps menu and a long press of the menu to do the function of the menu button?

Hopefully you guys get source soon, would be a waste to bring down such a great device, then with not many hardcore devs, not much workarounds, sportstar can't manage it all himself, though I have to admit he's working hard to make it all work.
how about a blue circle battery mod? I **DETEST** the battery with % in the Energy Rom (absolutely LOVE the rest of it though)

Do you have an example? Like from another rom so I can pull the images and mod it for you?
can you use the uot kitchen? If so, I can do that..... if not, give me a day or so (really busy at work and at home) to dig up a rom (might have to come from my old captivate)

Hey all quick question are the virtuous themes in the market only for rooted devices? I read the app description and all it really says it that the skin won't work on aosp roms. One thing I don't really like is the lack of themes for our phone. Nits ukb on the Inc2 has more than this...

time will come.. it's because of sense 4.0 and the m10 files not being able to be changed.
sense 2.1 was a breeze to theme man I miss those days sometimes lol.
but the virtuous skins should work on a stock rom no problem.. download the free one to make sure first..
also make sure u pick the Qhd skin, otherwise won't work.

HTC claims to be "undergoing renovation" on their Hub services, and our phone came out after their already 4 month-long renovation started. Also, our phone is like the redheaded step-child of their phones.
I've seen the viper rom hub in the screen shots in the Inc 2 forums I'm so stoked for it!

its not a hugely popular phone to begin with, but since there was no hope of root for awhile, there wasnt much for the non rooted folk to post in development

This might be a good thing. I'm sure the devs like the peace and quiet and not being bugged day and night.
I've been running the holo theme for a while and it works no problem. I really like this theme because the clock is transparent allowing me to be able to see more of my background. Also, holding down power and then home works for screenshots for me, holding down power and volume down does not work it only lowers the volume for me.

yeah power + home is how to take screenshots on stock...and most roms
(on venom we disable it cuz it interferes with tweaks broadcast receivers, so its just in power menu)

You can change the Settings layout from Tab view to a "normal"List view. Just access the Settings and press the Menu button to switch layouts The Tab view was making me crazy :victory:
i actually like the tabbed view..i wish verizon let us have those cool little button toggles lol
oh and i'm jealous of your plain black navbar. verizon decided it knew what was best for us, and that we'd much prefer a PINK navbar instead of the flat black.

I was actually so excited that the VZW version defaulted to list view. One of my biggest annoyances with TW is how broken up all the settings menus are. Takes me forever to find what I'm looking for.
