Cannot connect to Network after Jellybean ROM flash - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

when i installed Jb custom Rom[/URL], i cannot connect to GSM Network , the phone demands to enter an "Network Password". i tried to restore to 4.0.3 but it give me the same problem, so i have reinstalled the Jelly bean rom. i checked the IMEI but i don't know if it is the old IMEI , i have had made a backup using EFS before installing the 4.03 ROM, you will find the EFS backup folder in the Attachement.
Any Help please.

You don't really need a CSC try using the phone without .
Otherwise total format via recovery of phone and flash stock rom .

Because when u go back to straight stock it replaces the info that you flashed to the phone. When I wanted to come back from page plus I just did a rsd and that fixed the issue I had.

Unlock bootloader for LG Tribute 2: unlock-bootloadere.xyz/2015/11/lg-tribute-2-7442.html
CWM & TWRP (Also Includes Updating to MarshMallow 6.0)For LG Tribute 2: cwm-twrp-android.net/download/lg-tribute-2/
I couldn't get all the files to download. The filehost isn't the greatest. I came across these tutorials on my search for stock apk's to replace ones i deleted. (cause ota's to fail). If anyone see's anything for the Lg Tribute 2 please post!
The cwm and marshmellow update that's on the web is a fraud.
