Hello Friends...i m having problem to get into boot recovery mode...i want to install UOT kicthen in my phone for changing status bar and its icons....i already have copied the zip file in my sd card...bt when m trying to get into recovery mode by pressing power button+volume up key it stuked at scrren of mobile companies logo...plzzz help me...what to do now..??

Hi,
I had rooted my phone and was using a custom rom with android 2.3.7. Since the phone was lagging and slow, i though of downgrading to 2.1 OTA.
I flashed a 2.1 OTA file via the recovery mode. Now the phone is not booting up and also not entering the recovery mode. While trying to enter the recovery mode, a RED TRIANGLE and an exclamation mark is what is showing. At this point, if i press volume up button and power button together, its going into the Android system recovery mode.
Also i'm able to get into the FastBoot Mode by pressing volume down and power button together. But i've no idea how to use these modes (FastBoot and Android System Recovery).
Please help me out in recovering my phone..

Make a goldcard, find a way to flash the stock rom with a goldcard, there are a few tutorials here...
Hi I need help.
After Flashin a new ROM it was not be possible to get in the fastboot mode. Pressing down the Power button and the Vol Down button start first the recovery mode than i see for a sec a CWM Screen an than the screen is black and nothing happend.
And as addon the device not boot. Sometimes i get a reboot
Any ideas how I can fix that? Is there a more low level solution?

OK, with testing I found a solution for the problem
Here the steps what i've done:
1. Load the Flyer with the power supply unit.
2. From PC Commandpromt. Start fastboot flash recovery recovery.img. I've get the message "waiting for devices". I've used a old CWM 4 reciovery Image
3. Now connect the Flyer and Start with "Power + Down". Here was the surprise that now the Bootloop stops and i see now the Boot Menu. So I change here to fastboot and flash the recovery Image new.
4 Rebbot now an voila bo boot more and I can use the normal cwm recovery mechanism to recovery one of my old images... Perfekt
My hcl u1 got stock at boot logo it just shows hcl me, after searching a lot i found out way to install stock rom but "how do i power it off" i want to go to recovery and i know that i need to press volume up+power key but it is stuck at boot logo nothing is happening even after press the power key or any other combination of key it is just stuck there i have downloaded the stock rom for it but cant install just because i cannot turn it off please help me....

I have a lenovo ZUK Z2 plus and i tried to flash with twrp an another twrp version(newer) ...after the restart phone stack at options menu and the only thing i can do is to boot in fastboot...when i hit the "recovery" option phone restarts in options menu... if i boot regularly phone stack at logo screen of ZUK and does not boot up, just stack there forever.
Options that ti have done and nothing:
i downloaded platform tools(adb,fastboot etc...) and i flashed twrp recovery img again with these commands "fastboot flash recovery xxx.img" and when i booted to recovery nothing happened, again at options menu or fastboot mode.. anywhere else..

In order to instal qfil driver just hold Vol + and Power button and plug your USB .
