Hello everybody!
thanks for the great opportunity that you offer here
i search a lot around but i didn't find an answer for my issue!
it's the Big Issue about NFC on Galaxy S3!
i have one and it want work for any reason!
the phone is fine is brand new and no rooted!
Please can anyone help me???
ps: i have tried all the things that you can imagine(nfc on, sbeam on)
Hi.
How about a new battery?
Supposedly the nfc antenna is built into the battery.
Then again if the handset is brand new you might consider returning as defective.

Elo.

I recently purchased this phone and since than I have been facing lots of problem. The biggest of them all is that I cannot hear anybody speaking on the other end of the conversation even though the volume is set to 10/10 but its nothing, somehow my in-ear speaker stopped working or something.. Whereas if I put the call on speaker mode its working perfectly fine.. Kindly help me out, anyone who knows the solution to this problem, as to what should I do, its really frustrating (plus I cannot take it back to the repair centre as I purchased the phone from another country).. Thanks..
I have already tried the phone reset option but that's of no use, secondly the version that I am running is 11 something *not the latest one*
It's hardware issue I think, try to disassemble your lumia and reattach cable of the speaker.
THanks for the reply.. but I found a better and a permanent solution to the problem.. I threw my Nokia Lumia 800 in the trash can and purchased Samsung Galaxy SII, atleast it offers me the very basic functionalities unlike Nokia..

Yeah....too bad my Nokia can make and hear calls perfectly.
Get over it, whenever you have large volume shipments of a product some defective ones slip by. Nokia's warranty is worldwide, so you could have at least called them to check. Or you know, ship it to their repair center in another country or something?

Any chance you could fish it out of the trash and send to me? I'll pay shipping!
Hello, I am really in need of help.
I purchased my Galaxy Player 4.2 (YP-GI1) back in November of 2012, and lately the microUSB port has become very loose. It is very unpredictable, and on many occasions will not even charge:crying:
I am in dire need of advice, or any help that could solve my problem.
(I'm new to xda-developers and hope that someone could help me out)
just give it in for warranty...
I dont know how the US does about it but in EU you definitely get either a repair or a new device when there are hardware errors...
Hello.
I have recently bought a MIJUE T100 for my mums present.
After a week of usage or maybe not even that, a microphone stopped working. I have asked loads of local repair shops about fixing it. All of them lack in parts for this phone.
Where can I find parts for this phone. Can anyone advice me please what to do with that matter.
Thank You
Regards

Hey guys, I was looking to get a new phone, and the ONLY thing holding me back is the fact that it does not have nfc built in. This is real dealbreaker for me, as nfc is a huge part of my life. I was wondering if there was a way to nfc enable a phone that doesn't have nfc built in. If someone knows of a way, please let me know. Also, I can easily get nfc tags that aren't affected by battery radio interference, but I haven't found a way to use this for file transfer and android beam.
I know a thread like this was created in 2012, to no avail, but I was hoping times have changed, as nfc is becoming more and more popular these days.
Thanks in advance to anyone that helps me!!!

nfc will not work on a phone that doesn't have it as far as i know bc it is lacking hardware
No.
No. They are soldered on to the board. You cannot even Upgrade things like RAM, Internal memory on a phone (as of now).

The only thing you will get with coding is a NFC button in your toggle screen, but it won't work. The reason is as said by fellow members in the above replies
So if you need a device with NFC feature, please buy a device with it pre built :good:
I think I found a sollution for this problem, in my case the only thing that worked was to get the battery out of the phone, and charge it in the universal charger (I bought one from eBay for about 4-5£.) Before that I tried installing new battery with no response. IT happened after my WiFi and bluetooth stopped working, and they still don't work (if anyone have an idea what to do, feel free to give me any leads. I will try flashing some roms.) PS This is my first thread, so hello everyone. Leave a comment if You have the same problem and this method helped You.
