Then i entered CWM and wiped data,dalvick-cache and battery stats, BUT i forgot to install (flash) CM-10 and i just reboot the system. Now i cannot get into CWM i get only to the SONY logo. [Q] How to enter recovery mode in Xperia P

I have a stock Jelly Bean 4.1.2 installed on my xperia P handset. I wanted to install the custom rom CM 11 on my xperia. So I first rooted my handset using Doomlord Easy rooting toolkit. Then I copy pasted the custom Roms zip file in the internal storage. Then in order to install the custom rom I need to boot into the recovery mode of xperia P.
So I first tried using Quick Boot but it goes on rebooting to the regular jelly bean OS and doesn't enter the recovery mode.
Could anyone guide me which step I actually missed for installing the custom rom. If a perfect guide is provided I would be very grateful.
press power button + vol up button for 5 seconds... it will vibrate 1 time.. it will reboot.now keep pressing vol down key or power button ((because in some kernel key is different.)) key until it displays a menu in blue fonts.it's clockworkmod recovery.:good:

I tried doing the steps as guided by you. On pressing the volume up key and the power button it vibrates 1 time then I kept on pressing the power button. So then the phone booted in safe mode again and again and then when I stopped pressing the power button the phone booted normally again in Jelly Bean. Is there any problem with unlocking the bootloader. I have received a key for unlocking the bootloader on my GMail account when I requested it on the sony's website.
did u tried with volume down key to enter recovery..? u said that u wanna install cyanogenmod ..so u need a custom kernel which can be found in same zip file of rom named 'boot.img'.& & a custom kernel needs unlocked bootloader. if u have to unlock your bootloader ..u have to search ..it's very easy and can be found on this forum, too(( if not pm me i'll send detailed steps.)).& yes,u are gonna need that key which you received to unlock bootloader .
u can always use ( fast boot ) to flash cm11
it`s better and best ......
any ways u could inter recovery mood by pressing volm+ 2 time`s after the phone vibration ....when sony log show...
its always work
If you installed CMW, to enter it I push about 10 or 15 times, while the phone is turning on, until it loads the cmw

If u wanna help at least write it the right way...
For CWM, turn on phone, when it first shows the Sony logo start pressing various times (Volume - ) key (don't push one time and keep the finger on the key!!) until it enters cwm recovery.

For me it works only with Volume '+'
In CM11 zip, u have the boot.img... flash it using fastboot (doesn't work on Windows 8 or 8.1), then u'll have the CM11 kernel... turn on the phone and when it is starting, it'll vibrate when showing sony logo, just tap the power button when vibrates and will enter in CWM, then just follow the tutorial in CM11 topic.
so what's the right way to reboot in recovery mode? I've this kernel http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-u/p-development/rom-cyanogenmod-11-0-t2626639

I got same problem to reboot in CWM mode. Following all recommendations in this thread. Did not work.
However when coming back to one of the Xperia Phone instructions to reboot in CWM, I tried again to follow those instructions given by following links :
Sony Xperia P CyanogenMod 11 Project page Thread on xda-developers https://sites.google.com/site/androdevlinux/xperia-p/xperia-p-roms/cm11-download/
Here are extracts which I strictly followed :
First time flashing CyanogenMod 11.0 your device, or coming from another ROM? You need to be on Unlocked bootloader
Fastboot kernel(boot.img) from the rom zip
Press power button when Device vibrates at boot splash/logo to enter TWRP recovery
Format data and cache
Flash the Zip
Reboot
The "Press power button when Device vibrates at boot splash/logo to enter TWRP recovery" is really the trick to enter CWM mode ....
i installed a custom rom, but due to some reason it hasnt installed properly and not letting me access settings. and moreover i am not able to install CWM recovery as vol - button way is not wrking.
Wht shd I do?? please help

[Q] Huawei Ascend Y511-U30 won't boot

Hi,
I'm pretty new to Android. I recently rooted my phone using Framaroot and it worked perfectly after reboot. Then I tried to install Sinhalese fonts using Sinhala Fonts Installer and after installing that, I uninstalled the app before restarting. Then I restarted the phone and it get stuck at the Huawei Logo and will not boot into launcher.
I tried to hard reset by going to recovery mode using Power + (vol up + vol down). (Fortunately I can go into the recovery mode.) Even if I factory reset the phone, the same situation is there. And some articles said to log in to fast boot mode by Power + Vol down, but it doesn't work and just boots into that Huawei logo.
As I read, to install a custom ROM, ClockWork Recovery has to be used, but I can't do it since I can't log into my phone.
Please help me on this. What has gone wrong? Is there any way I can make my phone alive? Or at least, is there any way that I can install ClockWork Recovery without booting into my phone, just using my SD card?
Thank you in advance..!!

Dear,
Don't worry. You just need to flash a new stock rom to get everything back., Huawei stock roms can be easily flashed onto the phone. Put the update.zip file in the recovery and simply Apply Update (flash) your rom.

Xperia P stuck in startup after flashing CM11

Hi everyone. I'm wondering if you could help... I followed the instructions in "How to Manually Install Android 4.4 KitKat on Sony Xperia P Smartphone" (I can't post link to it on the forum, sorry).
and successfully finished step 10 without any problems.
9. Type the following commands: fastboot flash boot boot.img
10. Once the "finished" message appears, disconnect the phone from the computer then turn it on while pressing the "volume down" key continuously.
Now the phone starts, shows "Xperia STE" screen briefly and then goes blank. I can't enter fastboot by pressing power and volume down anymore. The pc doesn't recognise the phone anymore either. I also disconnected and reconnected the battery and that didn't work either. What can I do? Any ideas? Many thanks!
Solved - Xperia P stuck in startup after flashing CM1
Managed to enter TWRP recovery by turning off phone (take battery out), turning it back on, when Sony screen appears very quickly keep pressing the power on button several times - don't stop and do it quickly until you enter recovery mode.

UNBRICK BLACKSCREEN? (SOLVED)

1- I unlock the bootloader
2- Flash PBRP
3- Flash Pixel Experience
4- Flash Stock Rom
5- Flash Stock recovery
6- Lock Bootloader
After relock the bootloader the phone never turns on, only have a blackscreen, and when i connect to PC, sounds when are conected, and recognize, but only a 5 seconds later disconects, and connect again, and disconect again. A loop.
Please I need any solution, dont have money for other phone ):
Can you enter recovery mode?
Vol down + Power
Btw... why did you lock the bootloader again??
Also, you flashed a custom recovery and a custom rom...and then you flashed the stock recovery and rom over them? Did you regret or something like that and tried to flash everything to stock again?
I needed a Google Play certified device /:
And no, can´t enter on recovery
edit: i want stock phone again
Ah you needed to pass safety net, Ok, you can still pass safety net with custom rom and root, but its your call in the end.
Try volume up when it tries to turn on, or try a combination of vol down + vol up.
Start playing with button combination, also try to see if you can shut it down completely by holding power and vol down for 20 secs~
Now that i think...your PC recognised the phone, so maybe you can go into recovery with adb, do you have adb on your pc?
Can´t turn on, nothing, incluided Realme logo in white, less bootloader and recovery, nothing ):
