Thank you for your work

I believe, and I could be wrong, but most of this info has been posted in a thread in development.

its listed in /proc/partitions not /proc/mtd. and if you join #lg-optimus-g on freenode the topic has a link to all the partitions

Where can I find the kernel .config file for x10 mini (android 2.1)?
Its not in /proc/config.gz
Maybe someone can post the one from 1.6?
Please someone with 1.6 could run:
adb pull /proc/config.gz

Thanks.
Is it too late?

[Q] USB issue

I just rooted my Gnote with team prefections rom and now my phone isnt showing up on my computer, I cant seem to get it any reasons this could be?
Go back and read through the first few posts. It says on there that if you want USB, then download and flash the USB fix. They provide the file to download.

Not sure how to link an individual post using the Xda app. It's the third post. It says don't flash unless you use USB storage. It's a stock system zip. I had to DL it using a computer and then copy and paste it via usb

Use the zip from an already working rom and then make the changes in the updater-script..if you want i can send over my meta-inf folder

Yeah that would help. I've created my own update script but when I zip it all up how it should look compared to everyone else's rom it just fails when flashing saying bad.

To check out what is going wrong..after you have flashed either check recovery log under advanced settings or after booting go into cache/recovery and check last install log

Just need to figure out how to get it to flash the modem now because it didn't seem to do it. Could you send me your Meta folder please? Ill have a flick through it

Zoot1, Your META-INF consists of only the com folder.
Are the CERT.RSA, CERT.SF and MANIFEST.MF files neccesary?

Have you solved this issue?
Last time I had this same problem when flashing MIUI on Galaxy Note, it fried the motherboard and I just got it fixed.
All the best

Yes, you will need to sign the zip after you have packed it..this will generate those files..those are certifications.........

Because, i saw some file_getprop codes.
I've sent you a PM asking for some help.
If you get time. Please do help me out either by PM or on the thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1943225

[TWEAK] 20H Deodexed and Zipaligned

Well, I figure that there are some people here like me with a locked bootloader I may as well share what I have. I'd like to thank elpuertorro for getting me interested in using adb commands and everyone that has contributed to the development of the L9!!!
Use this at your own risk, blah, blah, blah. If you use this with any previous kdz and nuke your phone..... ....not my fault. You've been warned, ok? Use only with a fresh install of T-Mobile 20H kdz.
Here we go.....first, make sure you are rooted with Busybox. Then, copy contents of L9.zip to the root of your EXTERNAL sd card. Make sure usb debugging is on and plug in your phone to the computer. Then, run these commands.....
adb shell
su
stop
mount -o rw,remount /system/ /system/
cp /sdcard/external_sd/app/* /system/app/
rm /system/app/*.odex
cp /sdcard/external_sd/framework/* /system/framework/
rm /system/framework/*.odex
mount -o ro,remount /system/ /system/
reboot
You're going to get an error with LGKeyboard and Hangouts. I have uploaded TouchPal Keyboard and a working Hangouts at the end of this post called L9Apps.zip. Just use a root file explorer to paste the Hangouts to system/app and make sure the permissions match the other apps in there! Install and activate TouchPal....you can use a root uninstaller to remove LGKeyboard.
20H Deodexed and Zipaligned
L9 Apps
I want to thank the following for making our lives with the L9 much easier and interesting:
cmahendra, Lelus, kevev, carloswii5, captaincrook, elpuertorro, artas182x, kuma82, omgbossis21, mateo1111, Ilxaot....I'm sorry if I missed anyone. I'm sleepy....lol.
Might be a better way than this, perhaps a flashable zip that uses the dd command? Reason is it got through copying about half the apps and then said out of storage for the rest. Now most my settings are gone. I got a backup so no biggie.
Hmmm.... or how about I recommend this on a fresh install of 20h?

I think you could but it's best to do it through adb or from the recovery.
