The Instruction Manual​
1. Download R5
2. Download the two MOD Packs for it.
3. Extract the boot.img inside the .zip file to your fastboot folder.
4. Flash it using fastboot by doing the following:

Navigate to your fastboot folder in CMD
cd ..
cd ..
cd c:\fastboot
fastboot erase cache
fastboot flash boot boot.img
5. Flash Framework Package
6. Flash Super User Package
7 Enjoy

Flashing Instructions!​1. Remove your Security locks (Pattern,PIN,etc...)
2.Download the two zips (ROM and MOD Package) and put them in the ROOT of your SD Card
3.Flash R3 (DO NOT WIPE ANYTHING!
3.Reboot your Phone
4.Your Going to see your lock screen
5. Now reboot back to recovery again
6. Flash that MOD PACK (Sense.Revolution,MOD.PACK_3.zip)
7. Pull Down your notification bar and go to settings--->Apps---->All tab---->HTC Sense----->Clear Data---->OK! (If you see a Force Close Dialogue box just tap ok)
8. Enjoy Full Sense! and Happy New Year ​

1. Assuming that you are rooted and have a custom recovery reboot into ClockWork Mod Recovery.
2. Place the two .zip files in the root of your SD Card
3. Once in Recovery go to advanced>Wipe Dalvick Cache> And select YES

I'm porting TrickDroid now, but it won't boot, and logcat doesn't work 'cause I can't turn on USB Debugging, any suggestions?

webkit is fixed this is your next problem....easy to fix and it's exactly as it reads (put in your whole system/lib/hw folder)

I do have a full Sense 4.1 ROM for the Desire X with me but its still a Test Build that is why I'm not releasing it in XDA (Yet)
I could make a video for you if you want
The only problem is my widgets won't show up even though they are from the same base which came from the One S
if I could get some help in that you guys would get your "Full Sense" ROM in no time
