So less then 48 hours after activating my Note 2, I lost my S-Pen. I was riding my bike home from work and I slid my phone into my back pocket and started riding home. Lone and behold my phone my phone yells at me that the SPen is dissconnected from my phone. I searched my pockets and everywhere on the ground for almost an hour and my pen was no where to be found.
Should I call samsung and plead for a replacement? I am so frustrated that I lost it already.

Last time LowerpriceUSA had a sale on screen protectors for .1 plus free shipping I ordered 5 of them.
They took the 5 cents then sent me a plastic stylus and a letter apologizing for an Amazon technical difficulty.
It was too much of a hassle to send the stylus back.
But anyway just thought I'd throw that out there.
And the stylus doesn't even work. My phone won't register a touch when I try using it.

Well, my first drop on my week old phone was apparently enough to "almost" completely kill it.

No, I prefer to run my phones bare. Never had a drop quite this bad.
It was from a good 3-4 feet right onto its screen
I suggest waiting a bit more. The phone just got launched so there are not many accessories for it now.
Btw it's good to know that the note really has gorilla glass. Your screen would have died completely if it was a traditional LCD.

I totally agree about the gorilla glass. However I feel that the size of the note leads to more flex in its chassis.
The glass is only 15 bucks for the international note, hopefully they get one for ours.

I wish that was a wallpaper with dark marks making it look like broken glass, but alas it's not... It's real sad, but that could easily been prevented by putting a case. But i don't blame you at the same time because it his a lot more nicer without a case...

As the title says....
After using my OTG cable, my phone won't charge. I disconnect the cable correctly, the only way I can get the phone to charge is if I re-boot.
Any ideas?

Not yet.... I have tried it a few more times, and same thing happens. After I re-boot, the phone charges.
I found the Samsung OTG cable online, and will get it when its off of backorder.

I bought a 3 at less then $2 a piece and gave the other 2 away to family members. Never had a issue with mine on my note 2.

I had the same issue, of my Note 2 not charging after using OTG... i tried a cache cleaning app (any app should be okay) & voila, my phone has started charging even after using OTG... no need to restart.... hope this works on other Note 2's too....

I had a wood case for my S3 as well, and can't for the life of me remember where I got it, might have picked it up one weekend in Chinatown when I was out and about in the City (I live in Brooklyn, end up going to the City occasionally on weekends), so if you can remember where your partner got hers, I'd appreciate the tip.
I like the feel of the wood and the one I had for my S3 wasn't slick at all when you held it. It weathered a lot over time and so it made it worth having.

This mount is very solid! Doesn’t rattle when driving and holds the wireless charger with two openings for the USB port to be plugged into.
The charger is fantastic. Charges up at a decent rate. Obviously not as fast as USB, but good enough to top you off at the end of a trip.
It is also great as a desk stand now that my car is away for the winter.

after I had purchased mine, a few weeks later it was discontinued. And some were then selling on ebay for up to $300.
Eventually the price came back down to $50-$75 again. This has been the best car mount i've ever used.
From time to time they pop back up on ebay

Have you used this in your car with the Nexus 6? I had the Choe with my Nexus 5, worked great. Nexus 6 works while stationary, but when driving there's enough vibration the curved back doesn't make consistent contact so I'm looking for a new solution. Thanks.
Used it for about one full day of shopping with the nexus 6 in and out of new jersey. Kept contact the whole time. Could it be the case you were using?
The fact it will charge a hairline under the volume buttons so I have to adjust it, this has been a great charger. Why Motorola is placing the battery at the same line as the volume buttons is a mystery to me, been like this with the droid maxx as well. Using it with a Ringke Max Case this gives me no issues
my experience is the same. i can just clear the buttons and still charge.. very happy about that
