In a boot loop, can someone help, please? - Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note II

My vz Note 2 is soft bricked, just boot loops. It looks like the files I need to un F it are in this post:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2031956
but i'm not sure how to use them, could someone walk me through it? I would really appreciate it.
I rooted a few days ago and was trying the google wallet install and rebooted when it said to and now have a loop, samsung logo and chime, startup screen and rinse repeat.....
I don't care if I go back to stock unrooted I can re-root another time, but at least then I'll know how to un screw it if needed.
thank you in advance for any assistance.

This is actually the correct forum for Telus Notes. Rogers, Bell, Telus and AT&T all use the same hardware.
flashing on bell I717M right now will let you know
Stuck in loop right now. Flashing back to stock and will try again.
Would this trigger the flash count? I already have one count anyway, but I was thinking about exchanging the phone and root it again with Mashi's method to avoid flash counts. I have 45 days to return the phone and get another one.

Yes. Flashing with Odin will cause your flash count to increment.

worked great. checked for any reboot issue and was fine.
then flashed a t989 radio and got the bootloop. have not been able to get out.
tried flashing back the original recovery.. still bootloops
tried flashing back to cwm recovery after that... still bootloops.
ideas?

I soft bricked...

OK so basically I'm a moron I saw the enoxys abuse app (I'm sure I spelt that wrong) and without thinking I rooted with it since I won't have my computer working till tomorrow. So being rooted I get the brilliant idea to download goo manager and push a recovery because "it was that simple on my gnex ." So now I have the lovely Verizon warning. I know I fix that with Odin but idk the files to use. Yea I did something dumb because my last two phones were virtually unbrickable. I'm hating myself for not reading but yea can someone please point me to a guide or just tell me what to do? Thank you in advance and feel free to make fun and say I deserve it
Edit: Is there anyway to fix this and not totally wipe my phone?

That's how we learn man. At least this can be undone...some might flame you but it wont be me. I've messed up a few times as I'm sure everyone has. No, I dont see how. If you flash something in Odin (which seems like your only option) you rewrite everything on the device (excluding the external sdcard) in accordance with the specifications of the file you are flashing.

Thanks for your help everyone. Im downloading the files now.
Can someone please help me? I was rooted but my bootloader was not unlocked and before I read anything... I am so stupid... I downloaded goomanager and now I have a soft brick that I am not able to get out of and a Verizon message that wants me to take my phone in. I have followed every direction and used every recovery rom even the stock rom. The stock rom will not even load in Odin all I get is a invalid bienary error. I really don't know what to do at this point. Thanks
Follow the same directions that were posted above and don't use goo... Use our forums and get stuff specifically for our device.

[Q] Soft Brick SCH-1605 Note 2

So, I tried meddling with ROMS using the Rom Manager and installed the Clockwork Mod thingie through the program and when it rebooted, Verizon keeps telling me I'm running unauthorized software. I went to
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2040264 and used odin 4 times with the stock firmware, but it still keeps telling me the same darn thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm coming from iOS and am loving what I've found so far on android, but Verizon is ... yeah.
I did the same thing. I had to take my phone back to Verizon to get a new phone. Sucks

the same thing happened to me also, using ROM Manager on 01/10/13. i used the section "Section 1: How to Root/ Return to Stock 4.1.1 Jelly Bean with Odin" info found at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2024207, to get mine back to normal.

[Q] Hard Bricked

Hi, I hard bricked my phone a couple weeks ago. I was trying out Heimdall for the first time instead of Odin, which I'm pretty familiar with. I messed up and pretty sure I hard bricked it; whenever I try to turn the phone on the led light flashes once and nothing happens. I tried going into Download mode, and the USB jig didn't work either. Are there any solutions other than JTAG to recover from a hard brick?
Thanks !

JTAG is your only option.
I think for now it's only jtag, but Adam was working on a fix here. He's probably been to busy with the boot loader to finish it yet though

ruh roh...corrupted my NAND.

So I had root and a customer recovery. I flashed back to stock because I was bored and wanted to clean things up.
Now when I go to root using casual, it errors out saying it can't transfer the PIT file. OK no biggie. I go to Odin the recovery image and that errors out too saying the NAND write failed. Hmmmm...well I left CWM recovery, so I try to boot into that. I get a NAND error there too. Ruh Roh.
So I can't flash using Odin or Casual. How do I fix this?

Try flashing the PIT and/or the other files with the NAND Erase checked in Odin and see if that fixes your issue.

I did cell phone repair for a long time, specializing in screen replacement. The GN2 is very easy to open and if you have the right tools, you won't leave a scratch.
But I'm pretty sure mine came loose due to a factory defect.
