When and why did the setting for auto brightness levels get taken out? I used to be able to fine tune the brightness of the screen and even turn off the capacitive button lights without using a third party app.. And in my opinion it worked better than the good apps that I've found. Anyone have an explanation or maybe a way to get it back into jb?

CM10 still has it.
Hmm well I've been on the newer AOKP and PAC man for a while and am now on the 4.2 CM10.1 and none of them had it from what I can tell. I thought AOKP was just added features on top of CM but I didn't see the option in the jb releases of these ROMs.

It is just an understood option of the ROM, so we won't list it in the features.
Just like, we wouldn't list "Camera" in the features.
My CM10 build has it.

I'm not doubting that yours does.. I actually think I was using yours from 1/8/13 and yes it did have it.. I'm also not saying that I just read the feature list of the other ROMs looking fire the feature. I have tried most of the jb AOSP ROMs and yours may be the only one that does have it.. But if jb AOKP or PAC man is just added features to CM10 then why wouldn't those options be there?
Oh and also.. I'm pretty sure that adjusting the values for the capacitive buttons on your ROM didn't work but they did in CM9.

Edit: pie gravity defaults to right or bottom regardless of what's selected. At least you can turn it on/off!
You can also probably remove 5Ghz WiFi from known issues. Seems to be working just fine.

If your on stock that's 4.1.2. If so use my other kernel. This kernel b is for aosp. The only aosp ROMs we have are 4.2.2. In order to run any of are aosp ROMs you would have to ota to 4.1.2 or lgnpst 20j or teenybin.

About kernel, 1,7ghz makes many apps unusable, apps just close just after opening. Performance in benchmarks isn't much better, but in games, you can feel the difference. Shadowgun deadzone playable
Good job. I will use it until I install ubuntu anywhere and make my own kernel
