Yes, but it's not easy... Search for kernel kitchen, it will have scripts to help you extract the image and put it back in...

Is it possible if i copy framework-res.apk from stock rom with root explorer????
Sorry,I don't have one.
I'm not a developer so i can't tell you if its possible with copying framework-res.apk
Using a 2.1 framework-res.apk would cause all kinds of problems, including stopping your phone from working.
It is theoretically possible to take the old SE lockscreen from stock 2.1 and put it onto this rom. Essentially you need to take the various smali, xml and png files that define it from the old rom and use them to overwrite the sliding tab files in the new rom.
If you just want the look, you may be better off theming the sliding tab lockscreen with the images from the original.

What if I copy framework-res.apk from sony style v1.1 ROM (2.3.7).... would it also cause any problem??
Sorry I am a noob
Well, you can try but there's a good chance it might not work.
Framework-res.apk contains a whole mess of files that define how your phone's interface works. It controls the layout of various elements and does all kinds of things.
Both rom's use GB and CM7 so that's promising, but you could have a few display issues.
In fact, now that I think about it, you're also going to need the services.jar as well as that's where the lockscreen smali file is kept.
Certainly, give it a try but just be prepared for it to go wrong. Make sure you backup first!
Or, why not try just using SonyStyle instead?

Just found this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1306044
so if you are still on Gingerbread and wants that CRT animation again, just download and put it on system/lib folder with rw-r--r-- permission
This is not my work (basically just ported from 2.3.3 ROM to 2.3.4 ROM) and unfortunately no ICS CRT anim unless somebody who have the source code can create one for us on ICS.

How does one get the source code for ICS?
If you think you can do it, just let me know and I'll search the globe for frameworks and such

Well, it's an .so file, not a framework one mate. same problem with Rotation Effect that only resides on ICS but not in GB caused by native nature of the effect (C++ based). So yeah can only look at the original source code, not just a disassembled like smali code

Ok, so we cannot dissect an ICS ROM with CRT and steal from that

1. extract .zip
2. put libsurfaceflinger.so to /system/lib
3. set permission rw-r--r--
4. reboot ur phone
I did it and my phone does not start, Sony Ericsson must be provided and will not go forward! Need help!
(I extract .zip, put libsurfaceflinger.so to /system/lib and then phone reboot automatically).

Nope. The case is different. With Samsung, it was turned off. With Sony, it was replaced in the native file. So no use.

I just want to know if it's possible to change the boot logo (NOT boot animation) on CM7 cause I don't really like the "Free Xperia Project" logo, at least not the one from this version, I have to say the boot logo of the CM9 is pretty nice, but I really want to change the boot logo for the original one, the one from Sony, but I don't want to change the kernel, I'm using the default one that comes with the rom (cm7) Is it possible to do that?

Hello,
Recently i purchase a xperia Z2, i rooted it and change que boot animation (very easy) but the trouble is changing que bootscreen/bootlogo (SONY image in white and background black)
I made it in Xperia Z and S but if i overwrite the logo.rle in the ramdisk in boot.img and flash it in fastboot mode it steel show the oficial image and no the one i write. The really funny thing is that if i extract the boot image and see in it's ramdisk the logo.rle is the one i write but never shows it.
If someone knows about this, please help me, i'm becaming crazy because it'sw not logical.
Thanks and sorry for my very bad english.
You have to force it to display above ths sony bootsplash

Ok, thanks
Change bootscreen/bootlogo (logo.rle) DONE
Finally i download the kernel source code for 23.0.1.A.0.167 and made a little change to simply display the logo, and it worked. But the SONY image shows initially then the logo.rle and finally the boot animation, i think the SONY image it can't be skipped.
Thanks.

since firmware 726 there is "xperia" underneath the SONY logo. So they changed it. Is it possible to make an own Logo here?

Its not a kernel change, its from before the kernel.
Even if this is quite old but it helped to find the trigger - Must be this commit if i'm not mistaken:
