I installed the 4.2 camera and now have 2 galleries. I tried to disable on but then neither work.
Any thoughts???

Does anyone know how to import this fine gallery app into our RAZR? I tried backing up the APK using TiB and it just won't work.
I don't like our stock Motocast Gallery and i got my Nex7 yesterday. Its gallery is real fine... streams with my G+/GDrive account too, which i use camera InstantUpload, so it's great.
If nobody knows, how about a recommendation of gallery app?

I would like to know if the camera from the S4 or Note 2 or 3 would work on the Mega. All of these camera apps have features that the Mega camera does not have. The feature I would like particularly is the slow-mo and fast-mo video. Has anyone tried this or does anyone have an S4 or Note 2 rooted to try this? Someone told me that the Note 3 won't work since the Note 3 is based on 4.3.

Anyone got an S4 they can play with?
while talking about the camera is there any possible way to turn off the shutter sound? it seems like you could hit the volume mic button in the settings but each and every time i've tried this the camera app force closes.
I flashed 3 separate ROMs like Super Nexus, infamous, to name a couple and I cannot get Youtube to play any videos it stops and shows the play button. I've downgraded and tried other versions of the apk including the latest and still no joy has anyone had a similar issue. I've fixed permissions and tried other kernals with no luck.

Just wondering where I can find a 4.2 (or higher) camera/gallery apk with working photosphere and photo editer? Been trying for the past few hours but it's always either the camera force closes on the photosphere or the gallery force closes when I tap 'edit'!
Can anyone help me out?
I'm running CM10.1 4.2.2 on my Huawei Ascend P1 if that makes any difference!

Is there any ROM in which Google Camera photosphere works?
In all I tested so far the images in photosphere are blurry.
Regular images are ok.

I have the same problem. When you talk about Google Camera, did you tried original app that is not visible in the Google Play search (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.GoogleCamera) or Cardboard Camera that is returned when I search Google Play store for Google Camera (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.vr.cyclops) . Google Camera works much better but not ideal
Google Camera works for me in general.
4K Video does not work (not important to me, other app can be used)
Photosphere is blurry (big issue for me, since there is no alternative)
I also tried the photosphere coming from Google Streetview - it has exactly the same issue, blurry results.
My assumption is that the issue originates somehow from drivers coming with CM/Lineage.
Since this issue exists also on other phones. E.g Note 3: There it works with stock, but not on the majority of custom ROMs.
Exception on Note 3 is the Resurrection ROM. It works fine there.
Unfortunately Resurrection does not help on LeMax.
Same problem here with Marshmallow and EUI 23s.
I don't think there's a way to fix this
