[Q][U] The rom with the lowest RAM consumption ?

So far i'v tested most of the roms and the stock ICS is the best with RAM consumption with 120+ free ram.
What do you think is the best ?
Try aosp in development sectio around 200 mb free for me

pressed thanks by mistake...instead of quoting
m on aosp rom from the day it was released...
u want negatives ( I luv this rom and no offence to developer coz I luv him too for compiling this rom )
1. call rings are absent ( it rings only for first call after restart ) ... some say fixing permissions in cwm fixes it bt it didnt worked for me
2. wifi tether not working
super pros also - no need to restart the phone every second day coz ram management nd battery r superb....
this rom is smooth as hell ... u would start hating stock rom..

Just delete useless apps and kill tasks frequently.
about the ram, I think you have to go to an expert or Sony service.
You can not expend the RAM of any mobile phone! Sorry but you have to live with your 1Gb of RAM. If you optimize your usage 1gb is enough!
Try to flash power saving kernel s like phantom this will save the battery. And disable weather app.!! This will battery during sleep.!!
