[Q][U]Problem installing TheBrainRom_08 - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

Hey guys! i have a problem every single time i try to install this rom.
1. I flash via flashtool the 6.1.1.B.1.54 ftf
2. I root my phone and install a CWM (LockedBootloader)
3. I copy the TheBrainsRom_v08 in internal storage (after copying META.inf and boot.img from TheBrainsRom_ICS03_lockedBL)
4. I boot into recovery
5. Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> TheBrainsRom_ICS08_slim.zip -> Yes Install.
6. After installation i select Wipe cache partition -> Yes wipe cache.
7. I select advanced and i do wipe dalvik cache.
8. After doing that i select go back and at the main menu of the recovery i selectg reboot system now. I see a message saying ROM may flash stock revovery on. THIS CAN NOT BE UNDONE.
What i am i suppose to do now? When i click yes i just see the Sony logo for more than 1 hour. What i am i doing wrong?
Thank you and sorry my bad english.

Hi, im using v8 with 6.1.1.B.10 baseband. As far as i know v9 is for .54
You dobt need to use the locked method of v3
Simply flash stock 6.1.1.B.10
Root and install cwm
Enter cwm
Flash v8
Wipe cache and dalvik (also data if you wish, still not mandatory)
Reboot twice
Done

-v8 is for B.1.10 firmware, not for B.1.54
-Don't do point "3" of your list, not needed anymore

Ok so i've tried to install a rom (Touwiz4), and i've tried to follow the steps, and as dumb as i am, i've used the update.zip method (by renaming the file to update). It installed, but everytime i turn the phone on, it is stuck on the samsung logo, please help me
Also: i can get into download mode and the Home+Power menu
Please help me, i don't know what to do if i lose my phone
this can always happen this is why you have to take backups...
What is your phone?
You can search around for stock roms or try to install another custom rom.
here are some locations where you can find stock roms:
http://andwise.net/?p=199
ok it's simple:
Recovery
Wipe data
Wipe Chace
Wipe devilchace
Reinstall rom
enjoy... ^_^

And if i get a rom (official or custom), should i use the apply update.zip option? Or there is another way?

I don't have the advance menu
you can use update.zip method (i suppose you just select 'apply /sdcard/update.zip')
or you can select 'choose zip from sdcard' in 'install zip from sdcard menu'
BUT before that, as ubas90 said you have to:
Wipe data
Wipe Chace
Wipe dalvilk cache (which is in the advanced menu)
If you do not have advanced menu it seems that your recovery is not really CWM (check that, it has to be written ClockworkMod somewhere).
You can install CWM following these instructions: http://andwise.net/?p=268
you can always try without wiping dalvilk cache, depending on the previous state it may not be needed.

I'll first try without installing CWM, i just don't need to get in more trouble
Also, what is the key combination for the ace for the bootloader use? When to use the fastboot.exe?
have u last recovery?
look is simple, make 3 wipe, then install zip and reboot
if couldn't make wipe devil cache could find the devil's zip by brainmaster...

the only way is Flash stock .ftf firmware via flashtool.
if u wanna clean the /system (wanna flash different base ROM), format that but DONT reboot ur phone.
For next time, wipe only DATA, CACHE, N DALVIK CACHE.

Yes format system, but don't reboot. Just format system and after that choose zip from sd card and install it. That's it. Don't reboot after formatting system!

2. Boot in cwm
3. click data/factory reset
4. wipe cache partition
5. go to mounts/storage > format system
6. Go advanced > wipe dalvik cache
7. DON'T REBOOT
8. "install zip from sd card" > "choose zip" > choose the base rom > install it.
9. DON'T REBOOT
10. "install zip from sd card" > "choose zip" > choose the patch for your device> install it.
11. DON'T REBOOT
12. "install zip from sd card" > "choose zip" > choose the supersu fix > install it.

Oh your bootloader is unlocked?
So first flash ics 4.0.4 rom ftf via flashtool and before your reboot just plug off device and plug in while holding volume up and flash rage kernel for 4.0.4. Now reboot.
Just in case, enable unknown sources and usb debuggin and connection mode msc.
Afterwards do that:
Download the base rom zip and the patch zip for your device.
1. Put the downloaded files on your sd card
2. Boot in cwm
3. click data/factory reset
4. wipe cache partition
5. go to mounts/storage > format system
6. Go advanced > wipe dalvik cache
7. DON'T REBOOT
8. "install zip from sd card" > "choose zip" > choose the base rom > install it.

You don't need to flash the supersufix! It should work...
Otherwise, I don't know what to do atm...

Try this first.
If your device is stuck at boot animation or facing boot loop issues then try the following steps:
Disconnect your phone from computer, close Odin and remove phone's battery. Reinsert it back within 3 to 4 seconds, re-launch Odin and then repeat the tutorial from step 4.

Otherwise, just go into your recovery and flash a custom KitKat or a Lollipop ROM. This method would remove all the data present on the phone, so I am assuming that you took a backup before handling odin. To flash a ROM, do this:
1. Download ROM and GApps and put them in your storage(MOUNT SDCARD FROM THE RECOVERY ITSELF)
2. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
3. Wipe Cache Partition
4. Advanced>Wipe Dalvik Cache
5. Flash ROM AND GApps
6. Reboot system.
Then you're good to go.
Regards.
