Hello friends and fellow seniors of the xda-developers ,
I just bought an S3 clone about 2 months old already . And am not sure if i can root it as the software is rather confusing .
Model Number : I9300
Android Version : 4.1.1
Baseband Version : MAUI.11AMD.W11.50.SP.V20,2012/10/25
Kernel Version : 3.0.13 [email protected]#100 THU OCT 25 12:12:12 CST 2012
Build Number : Gingerbread.zkis3
I do know though that 4.1.1 is a jellybean software and yet gingerbread.zkis3 is most likely to be a samsung galaxy s2 2.3.5 .
Is there and ways , or is it possible to change it ? Because i wanna upgrade it to 4.1.1 or 4.1.2 jelly bean .
And i really wanna root it . My phone keep saying i dont have enough device storage . My SD card just used 1% of 8gb . And my 16gb still has 14gb left . Either way i still wanna root it . Please help me anyone . /:

Your phone is not Samsung and not I9300 .
Nothing for you in this forum .
You need to find a forum for your phone this forum and its firmware and root is not for your phone .
Try find fake SGS3 clone forum .

Ohh okay . Thank you . Can you recommend me one forum or one good site that can solve this kind of problems ? Or can't xda-developers develop a new firmware for this ? I can roughly pay 20 USD$ . Im not bribing . I just want my phone to be at least get rooted . /:
You appear to have missed the whole point of XDA, it isn't about providing a paid service but about helping other people with your own experiences and knowledge.
It is unlikely that anyone here reads or knows about fake S3 forums, neither will they be able to help you with your specific problems.
You would do better to put your $20 toward a genuine S3.

What do i press/touch if i got into factory mode ( pressed volume up + home button + power ) ?
Because anything i touch/press wont tell me the version or anything ?
And anyways , which one should i look into ?
Full test , Item test , Test Report , Clear eMMC , or Version ?

How can we tell you you dont have a SGS3 its fake a pretend phone and does not work the same as I9300.
Above link is not a Forum for SGS clone its Android Development and Hacking Q&A .
Ask in that thread the users who have a fake SGS3 may know .

actually i have 10 folders in mxplayer,, i want to make that as 6 by merging the other, , I am not getting any option as move,,i even tried with data cable but cant figure out,, plz help me to resolve

Hello. I was looking for this topic almost everywhere. My tablet Huawei Mediapad 10 Link LTE (S10-201L) resets itself from time to time. sometimes he is doing it several times in a few minutes. Do you think dear forum members, it's a matter of bad captured root / rom currently loaded wrong? i dont know.. where this carrier belong to.. but atleast.. we can expect a port. if Lenovo doesn't give us a official upgrade..
