I used before CM9 and CM9.1 stable , but it become laggy by time and I'm bored of it's simple theme! :|
After it I used MIUI 4 and 4.1 that I'm just had problem by it low speed and more RAM usage!
In last I use JellySandwich 6.2.5 (from here)
In this days I dont have any problem by this ROM , but I want to Install Jelly Sandwich 8.5 (from here)
I want "WiFi" , "Bluetooth" , "High Speed" , "Camera(Photo/Video)" , "More RAM available" , "ROOT" , and useful utility in-build ROM...
Can you help me to choose which is best? Or other ROM that have above methods? Thanks

best option test few roms for 2-3 days & then settle for the best.

Hello everyone, I'm using xperia neo stock rom, but I found that the ram is being less day by day
Therefore I want to find a rom that make my phone smooth.
Do anyone have some suggestions?
p.s. I don't know how to flash rom... so please teach me step by step so that I won't break my phone

Welcome to XDA...ther r soo many roms which are smooth and stable..so please head over to the neo development and check em out!!!, read the comments and decide nd instructions will be given in the roms thread itself..nd also u need root and CWM for flashin roms.. :good:
The steps howto to flash a rom are clear enough in the OP's just try to take some risks and dont be a chicken, you can always repair your phone with Sony update service (pc companion)
And try some roms by youself because "WE" have our own choise which rom fits perfect by your own choices

By default ICS, do you mean AOSP ROM?
I think CM9 is currently the best and closest shot you can have at experiencing AOSP on your U. Thread here

edit: one problem is that devswift does not give just the files for camera fix so very tough making it stable! from scratch

I think this is great, you should really make a ROM based on .89, as Zperience was the best ROM I used based on c.10/.54.
While you wait for a good JB ROM, you could use that time doing a great Zperience .89 ROM, to give locked bootloader users some love, too

SD card Mounter
Please give me a solution to mount my xperia U internal storage as an SD card! I have tried the Xperia Mounter , but it doesn't work with your ROM! I had tried the GB Rocks and everything worked perfect with the program...it was also preinstalled!
Can you please help me on how to mount my Xperia U on MTP mode?

well..currently i am using Honami MW HD™ V3.5 Ultimate rom by pandemic..it is quite stable and one of the best rom i used till date..gaming performance is good..i am able to play dead trigger 2 and other hd game..multitasking is ok considering the RAM of our phone..lag when switching to home from a hd game..but dat is ok..i really wanna thanks pandemic 4 providing us a beautiful rom..so if u wanna dwnld dis beauty here is the link..http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-u/u-development/rom-honami-mw-hd-v1-ultimate-speed-t2644258.

I have pressed thanks in many of your threads (because you deserved them), although I didn't use any of them, I'm satisfied with KK.
but when I saw this post of yours, I removed my thanks from your threads, cuz I believe thanks is some think we should willingly give,
there is no need to see you[and every other dev that do the same] post everywhere in xda (Begging) for thanks, you'll lose the meaning of the real thanks.
