I am not trying to answer your question.
But do you have the nokia bootloader or the Qualcomm one right now?
I am wondering if you can upload the new baseband for us to try it if you have the qualcomm one.
Thanks.

Hope you can solve that and share the way to us!

I've installed the MiniCM7 ROM by Paul-xxx, wich is great, is very stable and I haven't found any bugs, but I have a problem with my battery.
When I use the 3g connection the battery last hours tops, and when the cell is charging if connected to the 3G network charges up to 67% and stays in there, also the cell heats up when using 3G netwok, and to get a full charge have to turn off every connection.
I don't know whats happening and wold apreciate if somenone can help me.
I'm a noob, but I've read lots of threads but haven't found the solution.
Excuses about my english.
I have the same problem. What I could figure out is that you hav to go through the 266 pages thread where the download of the ROM was posted and find the solution.

Hello, I have new LG P760. First thing, what I've done was update to Jelly Bean. But I experiences battery drain. Everytime, when I look at battery stats, there is Cell Standby on a first place and second or third is System Iddle. I've done hard reset and phone recovery in LG support tool. The problem is still here. Can it be hardware problem? Is there someone with experience like that? Sorry for my english
Exactly same for me. It happened after JB update. I found that device stays active even screen is locked when mobile data are on (battery stats app).
Conditions: factory reset after update, no additional apps installed
I hope just a bug and will be fixed soon.
Hello guys,
According to my experience, I think this is happening with you coz both of you flashed JB rom which is not for your country, there is no any solution to this problem until you got jb update for your own country.
I also faced same problem and got solved after update for my country (india).

In my case it was automatic update and 20c I have is for Austria the latest version. Phone hasn't been rooted.

Same for me. No root, no custom rom. Official FW, after official update.

ok guys
Now that may be a bug in update.
So I suggest you to take your phone to customer care or you can call someone at LG Care.

Same problem i am facing and its very poor experience!!
Same here ...
I think Mine condition is worse... I am on indian version of jelly bean. Battery stats shows 45 % cell standby and 45% phone idle....only 8%screen
Should i go to lg care

it seems like it is happening on all jellybean roms on all countries..
i also use official jb rom for my country (indonesia) and yes the cell standby and system idle totally drain my battery
well if this bothers you that much then maybe revert back to ICS is the best solution
Its exactly the same problem for me too!
I'm using official JB update (austria) and for me its the same too!
This isn't a nice experience!

Yeah I've noticed a increase in battery drain on my P769 running V20D.
On ICS my battery would last 2 to 4 days on average, but on JB I can barely get 2 days
Same here
I updated my phone via wi-fi with the official rom. And had the same problem. Battery drain. So i downgraded back to ics. I prefer battery life instead of project butter and google now.:good:
Now I'm just guessing, but it could be the google now app. Try shutting it off or don't allow the google location stuff.
Many were talking about the Google Now service which was a battery drainer. You should try and see the results. I also tried it,and the top 2 consumers were still Cell Standby and Phone Idle.
This thread might help with the battery drain. I think csrow found the problem

This is the same experience I'm having after the recent JB update on my P769. Battery life is now about half of what it was on ICS. Cell Standby at 35%, Phone idle 22%, Screen 20%, Wifi 11%..
Used to have plenty of juice mod/heavy use, was quite impressive. Now I have to carry a charger.
I too experienced crazy battery drains after upgrading to JellyBean (OTA update, P769 T-Mobile prepaid, pure stock, not rooted). I tried turning off Google Now after reading this thread, but it didn't seem like it helped much.
Last night we decided that my wife is going to use the phone instead, so I factory reset the phone before I gave it to her so she can start over fresh with her google accounts, etc. She left home this morning with the phone fully charged, and when I came home from work in the evening I checked and she had more than 85% left! Granted she didn't use it much throughout the day as she still carries her old phone, but she did use the phone to make some phone calls/chat and take some pictures. Just as a comparison, the last time I had the phone with me before the factory reset, the phone was draining battery maybe about 15%/hour just sitting on my desk.
So, for those of you experiencing battery drains, maybe you can try doing a factory reset if you haven't. I realize this is not something most people want to do unless it's guaranteed it will fix the problem, but if it's as annoying as my experience, maybe it's worth to try.
cell standby 75% Screen at 17% no idle details on Tmobile USA

Hello guys. I bought a Galaxy Note i717 from ebay a few weeks ago. I planned to use it as a spare phone, so I normally kept it at home for my nephew to play videogames or used it for work, always on airplane mode connected to wifi. Two week ago I started using it with a sim card and I noticed the battery drains really fast. I purchased two OEM batteries thinking it might be a problem with the battery, but it wasn´t. Battery holds for approximately 4 hours with normal use. I tried a factory reset but it didn´t worked at all.
Phone is running stock 4.1.2 since I got it. I was thinking on rooting and installing a custom rom and kernel, but I am wondering if it is some hardware issue because in come cases I´ve noticed the phone is a little bit overheated even without using it to much.
Any advices? Should I try the custom rom or did I lost my money?
When the Note was updated to 4.1.2 Jellybean alot of users complained of rapid battery drain. There are some great roms out there..Bigfu or Ptrm3..just search development. I have tried them all and they all have something to offer. The developers here are great for us average users who sit back and wait for a new rom. The At&t update was horrible for me used it one day then switched to custom rom.

You mentioned that the problem started since you put a sim in it. Could the problem be that you are in a weak service area and the phone is constantly searching for a better connection? That can kill a battery quickly without using the phone.

That´s the moment I started noticing the battery drain because that´s when I was using the phone regularly. Before that, I just left it at home for my nephew to play some games or just used it for sending some work emails at home, so I never noticed if the battery was running out fast or not.

I didn´t knew anything about the users complaining after 4.1.2 update. I will take a try with a custom rom, I hope that is the real problem and not a hardware problem.

I see we have the same problem. I upgraded to 4.1.2 just when I got it, so I can´t tell if the upgrade was the cause of the battery drain. I will try flashing a custom rom.

Hello everyone,
Maybe you know that my phone's battery drained to zero some time ago and after that i couldnt charge or boot it.After some internet search, i open the case and started to disamble the battery.I then charge it just 10 seconds and put it in again. Then i put usb cable in and voila !!! The phone starts to recharge again and boot again.
BUT,
There are some serious problems;
1- If the battery drains to zero again it is not charging again. I have to open it again and charge a little by myself.
2- The battery ridiculously draining when i'm not using it.If i dont touch the phone battery drains to zero about in 20 hours
I will give you all the details for u to understand whats going on.
Its international version came from Germany. It was booting with t-mobile logo when i got it.
BOOTLOADER information;
T6UL PVT SHIP S-OFF RH
CID-T-MOB101
HBOOT-2.49.0000
RADIO-4T.25.3218.07B
OpenDSP-v33.120.274_T6.0829
1 - Its on 2g.
2 - No wifi or gps or anything
3 - Newly installed rom.(NUSENSE)(TRIED OTHERS TOO)No background apps or facebook, gtalk etc...
4 - Screen always off
5 - Tried battery calibration.
6 - Tried to charge it from pc with usb2 and usb3 ports.Nothing changed.
7 - I bought a new battery from ebay.Still the same.
Edit: Battery drain is happening only when the phone is idle(screen off). When I'm using phone (screen on) battery drain is normal like other phones.
And now screenshots
