Hi, I have Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and is wonder if we have creation mode that allow us to change the MMS setting so I can send large files without being restricted to 1.0 MB? I know that ATT's mode allow them to change MMS from restricted to free.. I read that Verizon locked it, but it is possible to unlock without rooting phone?

I don't live in the US and this phone GPRS settings are locked to AT&T. I've read several post to modify the regitry, delete key, etc. My problem is that whatever I do I get access denied.
I am currently using CeRegEditor 0.0.5.2
I've hard reset my phone...nothing works.
I would like to:
1. Remove AT&T wap settings
2. Increase the size limit for ringtones
3. Enable my GPS to use my carrier data plan
I know how to do all of these things, it just that the registry won't let me.
Also... can someone provide a link to GPRSmgr.exe file?

I wanted to start this post to see if anyone was familiar with the Alps E120L specifically, or at least has any knowledge of rom making for any china phone with MT65xx processor.
I would like to be able to fix a few quirks with the phone I have and see if I can develop a rom.
The help I need, which I feel is encountered the most often and not always answered on the forum are:
1. My china phone is rooted, but the bootloader is locked. How do I unlock it?
2. I can pull the framework-res.apk off my phone, decompile and edit it using any of the apk tools, but I get errors recompiling it every single time. what is the problem here? By the way, I was able to successfully pull the same framework file off of my samsung galaxy tab, edit it, and recompile it with no problems so it is not a problem with me!
3. How do I get the gps on my phone to work without A-GPS? What files are responsible for the GPS to function?
The reason I need to know this is because my GPS doesnt work and I dont know if its because I dont have A-GPS enabled because I dont have a data service. Personally I think either GPS files are missing or they are not programmed correctly. I have edited the gps.config file and no success.
4. How do I get mms settings setup for t-mobile without data plan? I could send picture messages via edge with an old phone but now my new android ics phone does not allow it to be sent. I have tried pulling settings from t-mobile, but to no avail. Again, i dont nor did I ever have a data plan. I dont know if my phone just doesnt support edge or requires an internet connection or t-mobile is blocking the service? My APN settings do not allow for me to select edge as an option, either LTE or eHRPD as a Bearer?
If anyone is willing to help I thank you in advance. Im sure other people have similar questions. I will keep searching the forums for more information as well.

MMSC Domain
UAProf
MMS User Agent
So far i have not been able to access these, I have tried the following
MMS Provisioning menu on the handset - Requires a lock code which is normally model + mms (110667) is not working. Also tried spc, 000000, and the proclaim model number.
VPST - I believe that the NV portion of VPST will allow me to access this, but i have been unable to connect my device properly. I have been able to connect to ETS, but when i use the VPST the VIA hub software will never link the session to the device that it has detected.
Does anyone have any experience with modifying these setting that might know something I could be missing?
Hi, no one can say me if there's a method to extract a memory dump from a Galaxy s6 Edge? I need to do forensic acquisition from this phone but it's samsung reactivation lock enabled so i cannot flash custom boot to root it. Even i can't connect it to network at all (forensics require this, for example data can be deleted from remote).
Some one can give me a tip ?

I already obtained the msl for my samsung j3 emerge on boost mobile network (by myself). However when i go into the data menu and try to edit the data profile it's locked (Its faded and i cant change anything). Does anyone know how to get access to this? The reason i want to change it is to disable the Rev. Tunneling option.
