Lost Root after Kies Update - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi
I'm a rooting newbie, and As the title says, I've lost root (I rooted with CF-Auto) after I've downloaded the 4.1.2 Update on S3 via Kies. Is there any way I can restore root.
Many Thanks

Of course you lose root a search would have found multiple same questions .
Root again .

First place to start is by reading all the FAQS and GUIDES#
Second place is to search as you are number one million posting the same question .
Fail to see why you want to root as phone with zero knowledge .
Most used root is
Root + CWM .

But you will need to read and understand the instructions .

i know that it's the most common question but its very complicated with all this stuff. I never ask without any search before
if i dont start to "play" with the phone i ll never learn how it works and all this things.
i know that i have to read and understand the instructions and i have no problem with this.
i have change so many phones and i read so many things
but its my first android so i have to start from somewhere
thanx for the infos !!

[Q] Dilemma Rooting

Guys I LOVE this site, it is so exciting to know that you can achieve so many things like rooting yourself etc...
My dilemma starts from the fact that I have Samsung Galaxy S3 internatinal verions phone, with already 4.1.1 version and baseband of I9300XXLDID, this baseband you do not come across much like if you want to root, and my fear is that now the Kies is giving update for version 4.1.2 12.11.02.01 but being cautious I am not doing it (my device is rooted but it updates, when you close Kies and leave the small window).
Once updated I will need to root it again but am not finding enough information or help here, even smasung toolbox V6 proposed here does not have any 4.1.2 rooting choice! I searched for online update but I am not sure which package of PDA or PSA to choose.
So do please advise me what to do and how to go about it to have a safe firmware upgrade and not to loose root previledges.
Thank you

Don't be scared
No difference between flashing CWM on 4.3 or 4.1.2
It's the same with no problems
