How do you disable LEDs in Night mode app?
I couldn't find any option there or in screen filter.

LEDs consume very little power...

uncheck 'enable backlit key' in screen filter, i guess same for nightmode. also use illumination bar by rungdong so that the led only lights up when u get a sms, call, etc.
turning of led isnt only for power saving, its also coz some dont like it. i enjoyed led only for the first 3 days before it got annoying

How to disable keyboard light?

Hi I was wondering if there was a program or cab file that would disable the keyboard light from ever turning on. The light is unnecessary for me and I would like to turn it off. Also I would like to know if there is a program that would apply a progress bar when you are sending files through bluetooth. Thanks in advance.
why you don't swith on the option, that the keybord light ist controled by the lightsensor? then your keybord light only goes on when it's dark outside.....
I dont want the keyboard light to turn on. Even when im outside. I hate when it turns on when i dont want to waisting battery.
I beleave this registry change will do it for you (dword 0 is off & 1 is on):
This value is responsible for turning Keyboard Led on/off in general:
HKCU\ControlPanel\Backlight\"QKeyLedOnOff"=dword:00000000

[APP_Request] SMS/Mail/MissedCall/Whatever Light

Hello!
I owned an Diamond (but the Screen has gone) and now i got the Blackstone (HD). But one Thing i really miss, are these LEDs the Diamond had in the Key-Area under the Display. These LEDs were flashing when i got a new mail or SMS or phonecall when the device was in silent mode.
Now on the Blackstone there are no LEDs down there (?) only the single LED where you switch the Device on - it indecates if it is charging.
Now i just ask is someone would like to make a simple App that turns the LCD in an LED :-D I mean that the Display blinks when i got an SMS. Not always, but perhaps blink once in 5 seconds or so or fade from off to white and then back again. it should still save battery if possible.
More suggestions would be that the user can choose in the app for which events the LCD is blinking (SMS/Mail/MissedCall/LowBattery/CalendarAppointment/...). also different blinking types for different events could be possible.
I just wanted to share the idea because i couldn't find such an app an i would love to use it.

[Q] Reset LED Light Notifications

Is there a way to reset the LED Light Notifications, because I stop using Lightflow (with all its issues regarding Accessibility Enabled)?
OR
An alternative app to control the lights?
Try Blink, it seems to be okay, there's alot of colour options. I've not tried Lightflow though so I'm not sure if there'll be any features that are different. Doesn't appear to be a battery drainer either

Solid amber LED light when idle

When my phone screen is off, most of the time a solid amber/yellow LED is illuminated, and disappears when I turn it off. Does anyone know what this means. I have no alerts or nothing, battery is doing good.
Also, I read in a review that it is possible to change the color of the LED lights. Is this a 3rd party app or built somewhere into the S3?

I do not know about your LED being on for no reason, but Light Flow *should* let you change the color of your LED.
Solid red is the stick color for charging or low battery when locked

[Q] LED Indicator won't stop flashing red

Was wondering if anyone has seen this or has any ideas on what to check.
Basically, the LED indicator on my S6E is blinking red every time I turn off the screen. I do not have any notifications and checked any app i can think of to check if there are any floating around. I then went through and disabled notifications one-by-one for each app and checked. No good. Then i reset all my app preferences and still no good. Tried restarting but that didn't help either.
Only thing that turns it off is turning off LED notifications all-together.
Any ideas?
Thanks

What's your battery level when this happens? Mine blinks red when the phone has low battery. Super annoying because it only uses more battery, but I can't turn it off.
well, think i figured it out. it's based on the power saving mode. i threw mine to 50% because why the hell not.
once you hit that power saving mode threshold, the you start getting the red blinking indicator. and the fun part is, if i'm at 40% but my threshold is at 50% BUT i have power saving mode off, it will still blink. so that threshold is active despite the current status of power saving mode.
and i agree. super annoying.

It works on my Sprint Galaxy S6 Edge if I turn off the LED Indicator all together it will stop the blinking, But I agree if you leave it on whether battery saver off or on it still blinks must be something in he OS code that makes it remind you that the battery is low. Kinda strange but for now I will just turn off the LED indicator.
Thanks again for your input it was very helpful.
