Inverted Web Browser? - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Are there any popular inverted web browsers and how much battery would they save on an AMOLED?

The android stock browser has this option (4+). The images look weird (like x-rays images) . That should really save some amount of battery.
Edit - found that dolphin can do much better inverting than stock ( they have the night mode). Images don't look weird on it.!

Best picture/slideshow app?

Looking for a slideshow app to use on my CM7/22. The stock gallery slideshow gets to the end and stops, looking for it to loop. Searching the market now, but would appreciate suggestions.
My absolute favorite app to view images and slideshows would be QuickPic, it's updated regularly and has many features. For example he recently added Nook support for better thumbnails, before that the thumbs would look kinda pixelated.
For a no-frills simple slideshow app that uses local images and just works, I really like this one: Slideshow Bob
It lets you select individual directories on the fly, as well as the ability to process subdirectories, and it does support looping of images as well.

QuickPic is great! It's fast and works for setting wallpaper too! No more wallpaper set & save for me!
As a photographer and an Android geek with a Nook, I used QuickPic and the Gallery.
The Gallery that is with Android and CM7 was made by Cool Iris, they have a fantastic algorithm for resizing images that are not to the Nooks scale. I use cool iris code on my web site too. The Gallery is also the fastest of all the ones I have tried, others just take way too long to paginate and resize pixel definition. But the Gallery does not have a looping slide show. Personally when I am showing pictures I like to flip and wait for the viewer to see and take it in, so I do not use the slide sow on its own. If I did need a looping slideshow I would use QuickPic, once even lager pictures are in memory, it’s all good.
Hop this helps!
JustPictures. has the slideshow, loops when it gets to the end, supports external image sources like Flickr and Picasa and others, and is written by a very involved developer who takes customer suggestions.
Try Slideshow HD

Q : Any browsers not zooming in on content to fit screen

Hi forum
I'm loving browsing the web with this tablet but so far every browser I've tried besides the Opera Browser zooms into the content and cuts away almost any background leaving all pictures blurry and fussy looking, especially on sites made for a lower resolution than the tablets own resolution.
Changeing zoom level, text size or auto resize does not fix the issue as this only changes text and not images. Nor does user agent to desktop.
The only browser that displays the content exactly as my computer is the Opera Browser on which all webpages looks just right as well as all images displayed tack sharp eg. 600px images is in fact 600px and not 1280px.
Is there a setting I've missed on this tablet or can you recommend another browser like the Opera. I'm loving the interface on the Dolphin Beta but it's the same issue.
Stock browser, Dolphin, ICS Browser+.
the only browsers I have used that are zoomed in for some reason are Firefox and Chrome.
Using Dolphin here, works perfectly.

Naked Browser Pro ... Inverted "Night Mode" .... [Battery saver]

Fastest and cleanest browser out there bar none.... always used this on my less beefy devices back in the day because it doesn't use much processor and it's amazingly quick... but if you like bells and whistles? you'll hate this browser... it is a massively stripped down version of an android browser with nothing extra to clog up the works... just straight up fast browsing...
advantage for us? ... It has a great night mode that just flips JavaScript background and text... but leaves photos and windows alone... so it doesn't invert everything , giving a more normal browsing experience in night mode while saving tons of battery on our Amoled screen and going real easy on the eyes for bedtime web surfing.

Browser, add ons blocker

I want share link for this browser who like read papers, for me much better than stock browser, and seems same battery consumptions http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/htc-co...-browser-7-0-2511222747-android-apk-download/ . Adaway-3.1 work well for add blocking. (and all look much better on 220 dpi)

browse gallery without transition animation

Consider two similar images with a slight different. I want to be able to compare them IN FULL SCREEN MODE and delete the worse. Like this is easily available in camera roll (in iPhones). is there any android application that has this feature?
Simply rephrasing: an app in which photos appear and disappear at once when switching, with no transition animation while browsing (just like windws photo viewers). thanks in advance
