What's the status of the porting of the lk bootloader wich supports android?

I can't unlock my bootloader....
This is what I know:
-I can't flash custom kernels
-I can flash Sony official kernels
Questions:
-Can I flash custom Sony based kernels?
-Can I flash Sony official JB kernel?
-Can I try flashing a kernel and, if anything goes wrong, flash my previous kernel?
-Can my phone have a hard brick when flashing a kernel for unlocked bootloaders?

Problem now
So steps i needed to do now , unlock bootloader > root > CWm > CNm10 / Custom Rom.
But just for the first step : Bootloader, my phone is allow to bootload as i check on the website
untill step 13 - base on unlock bootloader of sonymobile web
IT shows that i will be asked about drivers, but nothing pop out or something. So how?
Any better idea to unlock the bootloader? i tried fmo 10 am til 5pm, i gaved up. tons of search , tons of results.

When it's unlocked there's no need to root, just flash the new kernel, boot in cwm (included in the kernel) and flash the rom. How to do this is in my guide on how to flash a custom rom/kernel
