Hi guys,
Can i multiboot android (from mobile) and ubuntu (from usb) in xperia p?
i just saw these links...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2011403
wiki.ubuntu.com/Nexus7/Installation
if its possible in nexus 7, y not in XP?
i don't want something that installs inside android.
I need clean separate installation of ubuntu and have GRUB like menu to switch between os.
Is there anyway to do that?
Does anyone had hands on ubuntu mobile?
http://www.ubuntu.com/devices/phone Looks cool
Yes its possible, but the problem are the developers. Also nexus line is much more customisable than Sony.

Someone is trying or planning port the Ubuntu phone for Xperia Neo Device?
It shouldn't be very hard to at least get it to boot. It is based on cm10.1 source chroot but it is pretty much useless as it is in pre-alpha stage now with only dummy apps and stuff.
Porting website
Why don't y guys search before making threads?

You can't. At least as far as I know. You need a custom bootloader for that and we don't even know the location of the test point in xperia P.
This is not possible to install WP7/8 on Xperia P but a developer please port Ubuntu Touch! xD
i wonder if any one is working to port Ubuntu touch for Xperia Go.
from the list here : https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/Devices, i see that it has been ported to some Sony Devices. (Neo V has similar specs to xperia 2012 line, some hope here ? )
Are there any limitations that are stopping the port ?
Can I install Ubuntu Touch on every device with minimal requirements like Xperia M? Then can I brick my phone when i try to install this soft? Can I easy come back to android?
