Instructions:
-Download http://ge.tt/api/1/files/4TZI58R/31/blob?download
-Get the file and put it in your emmc.
-Go to recovery mode, CWM recovery I prefer.
-Flash it in there.
-Enjoy the goodness.

That's the default boot screen of nexus 4 in Jellybean. For all I know all Nexus devices that's in Jellybean have this bootscreen.

Can someone help me, I'm stuck in the recovery menu on my Archos 80 g9 with no files on system or data for a firmware update. There's no option to boot back into Android. Any ideas what I should do?

Sorted it! Had to download the newest version of the firmware (took ages to find, just look at arctablet.com next time)
Then select firmware update, copy the aos file, and it's worked

Can I Install a Recovery On my Galaxy J5 ( J500F ) Like this One ?
That looks like TWRP recovery. You will have to search for your device and see if a custom recovery is available. Good luck!
It's nothing more than TWRP with the Material theme. I run the same thing
