Hello all,
Im just assembling a large collection of tweaks, hacks, mods and apps that go very well with ALL ROMS, particularly CM9
Developers feel free to use these in your ROMS.
Peeps please share your collection so that I can update this first post.

DOWNLOADS​[S=push to system/app & change permission; N: Normal apk; F:Flashable zip.]
PART I
1. CM FILE MANAGER: Works only on ICS roms(cyanogen only)
2. Cyanogen File Manager theme.[S or N]
3. Cm7 themed music player, works on cm9 also.
4. Experimental(Not tested by me): ICS styled settings app for cm7 mini by jordfaz[F]
5. MIUI Desk CLOCK[N]
6. Launcher Windows Phone 8[N]
7. The Awesome Samsung Task Manager
8. JB PLAY STORE:Works like a charm even on slow network. Now you can also delete history of your apps
9. Get a refreshing sense 4 clock.(any rom)[N]
10. Delete .txt at end of the file. This is the file needed to tether on cyanogen ROMS(for XP only.)
11. and 12. These are the best scripts. Use along with Script Manager (Delete .txt at end of the file, XDA allows uploads of standard files only)

15. BUILD>PROP TWEAKS: Open this file copy the content to your build.prop located at /system/ Save and reboot!

PART II
THE DROPBOX FOLDER
Folder 1: These are flashable zips that work on all ROMS(even noobs). **MUST TRY**
Folder 2: Tweaks(Only for experienced developers/users. Include these in your ROM in appropriate loacation)
Folder 3: Xbin tweaks.
Folder 4: Awesome framework animations Developers and peeps: Download the relevant zip, Extract all files of /anim/ and put it in your framework-res.apk/res/anim/. Careful!
DETAILED METHOD: Take the framework animation that u want. Copy all the .xml files located in the zip inside the folders.
Now on youe current framework.apk app go do the following using winrar
go to res
go to anim folder.
Now take a fram anim zip, any one u like and extract it. There will be many files like bla bla bla.xml
Copy all these files and paste them into ur framework/res/anim. Click yes if prompted to replace.
Move the framework inside the demo zip and flash
Done.
Hit thanks else they wont show up.
And yes do enable animations in settings/display.

All of the mods work with mini cm7 but only 2 work with normal cm7 (based). These aren't made by me I just found them across xda (but i can't remember the links which I can't say thanks to them).
There is an ics setting app. This makes the settings look like ics settings. You place it in system app and give it permissions (rw-r---r---). The first time the app icon looks a bit pixelated but is theme-able
There is a jellybean status bar which replace the clear button and gives an icon instead. It also has the settings button. You place it in system app and give it permissions (rw-r---r---). It is also theme-able.
These below are only for mini cm7.
There is a flashable zip which makes the lock screen look like the xperia one. You have to change the lock screen style to sliding tab (also make the background a custom image otherwise it will look a bit unaligned.)
The last one is also a flashable zip which adds Sony Ericsson themes and some other extras. I will attach them as soon as possible.

Organization
This post is good as people can see all the different mods/tweaks for our phone, however it is a bit mixed up. In my opinion I would split it into sections. For example the first post is for all roms , second post is for cm9, third post is for cm7 and the fourth post is for sense roms. This would make it easier to find the right rom. I got quite a few mods that I will share when I get home and is able to upload them.

You need a root browser for eg. Root browser.
You copy the apk file into system/app and long press on it. There is an option of permission. It has to be changed to rw r r. Or simply check any other app in the folder and make it like that.
If u want u can delete the default lockscreen app that is present. I recommend a backup of the app to SD.
Reboot and enjoy.

When editing build.prop, can i just put the tweaks at the very bottom like this:

And what does BRAVIA Engine do? does it consume more battery?

Yes u can put them anywhere u like. Just make sure they arent repeated anywhere in the build.prop.
Bravia gives crisper pictures. I think it works with the script xloud+bravia. Its in the dropbpx/00flash folder.
Only for non sense roms.
