As noted in title. No WiFi here folks. No plugging in go bump up the numbers.
Google Now is not enabled and data/background sync off when screen is off.
All 4g when the phone isn't dropping data when at home although it is considerably better with JB.

What was the screen on time?
The one time I didn't check!
Sent from my DROID RAZR using xda premium
LOL, but overall you're battery life has been much improved?
From my experience with a XT910 loaded with XT912 JB kernel+rom, battery life is at least %40 better and it doesn't have battery drain issues. I can surf the web over 3g without fear
I think JB brought us back to GB battery consumption. With ICS it seemed to drop some. Have not experimented with leaving data on all of the time though.

I guess jb will be nice on battery just waiting for root

Do u have netflix installed??

I have just the regular Razr and my battery life is significantly less than Gingerbread. When I check the settings it says that the major usage is screen, even though I have it down to 18% brightness level. As an official release is months off I kind of expected bugs to be worked out, but hopefully someone figures this out before then.
Nila
What is your screen on time and how long is your phone awake. Maybe an app is forcing your phone to awake instead of letting it idle/sleep even though the screen is off. Check the other graph with the bars on the bottom.
No I don't have Netflix install, i even set in developer options back round processes to only 1, i did a titanium back up restore for my apps

There's a wakelock keeping your phone from sleeping. I believe its in the android os grouped apps, probably means it bloatware.
Here's a bit more info

Right now the battery is at 70%. It's been on for 4.5 hours and only a few phone calls made really. Screen accounts for 35% and Voice calls 20%, Android OS 19%. There's a separate Android System that is 3%. Time on shows 26m42s. I'll keep an eye on the time on and see if it looks right to me later.
I got the same battery life on ics I get on gbread. 5 hrs screen on on 3g. Use battery indicator. Its free in the market and there is a checkbox that shows 1% increments. If you can't get 4+ hours screen on time something is running away and you should do a factory reset. Start over.

The reason i think its a wakelock is because of your screen shot, if your android os time on keeps pace with your phones time on, its most likely going to be an app in your /system/app folder keeping your phone from sleeping. I had the same problem, I found for me it was the Verizon backup apps I had initially set up then decided Verizon were evil bastards and removed my account, set my phone to stop syncing in settings, but the apps still held a wake lock and network connection that started at boot.
One thing i cant stress enough is to exit your apps with the back button, not the home button, the home button is for multi tasking between apps and keeps apps fully running in the back ground, that will help a little with all the apps eating small percentages that add up

I got 3 hours and some change yesterday on my original RAZR. I dont think the battery stats are reading correctly because my phone lasted for a long time at 5%

Hi, i'm currently on the s2 and am kinda bored of it and as i'm a real battery freak i'm thinking of getting the razr maxx. i've tried looking for screenshots of screen on time and standy time but i can't seem to find any for the maxx. So if any of you guys have the maxx could you please share with me your experiences? many thanks:good:
Been havinf the maxx fora month now..pure bliss .. i dont have my hands tied down to restrict activities to avoid battery draineage.. 3 - 4 days with daily 3-4 hrs wifi , 1-2 hrs of gaming(nova, b&G) , music and 3G..
*no screenshot*
Still on Stock 2.3.6 avaiting ICS.. soon!
I have screens, but cannot post them yet.
I have both, RAZR and RAZR MAXX. One feels the urge to connect it very often. Though I only charge it at night. I run ICS on the maxx and battery life is outstanding
From RAZR MAXX by XDA
Screen on time for anyone with a Maxx should be above 3hrs easy...just depends on the usage that the person will have. Total usage just depends, I can usually go over 2 days on normal usage and heavy usage I can still make it through the day without having to worry
This is on my razr maxx.

This is the Droid xt910 I am on wifi 90% of the time.
I am on stock rooted ICS. No mods other than the power saving settings that turn things off when my battery is low. This phone by far has gotten me the best battery life with my hardcore useage

I can usually go all day with moderate usage (games/reading on bus, checking internet, etc.) without too much worry about battery life. I heavily rely on Juice Defender and usually turning off wifi unless I need it. I probably should clock it. I'll have to do it once I settle into my new ROM.
very nice

Has anyone else experienced increased battery drain with Google Now enabled? It seems to make sense that it would since it updates and tracks location in the background. I was just wondering what others have experienced.

It definitely drains my battery.

well i maybe get a max of about 5 hours on my Razr with the ICS, I cant get the newest update to install on my phone, I've been trying all morning
on ota i had about 2 1/2 days .. thats more than ICS ever had on my phone.
:good:
When I used US Verizon JB, the battery last longer than EU Vodafone's. I would have preferred to use the Vodafone version so I don't have to see the CID error every boot but battery life is more important.
Battery life was awful, phone wouldn't sleep, so I performed factory reset which solved the issue. Now battery life is perhaps even slightly better that it was with ICS, but I lost root.
Worse. MUCH worse.
My wife's fully stock RAZR MAXX ICS used to be around 75% or so after a day of moderate use. After the JB OTA update, she is seeing battery levels around 40% or so, even on days o f light use.
And, we are not alone. I have other friends experiencing the same problem.
Has anyone identified the source of the problem?
It was great in ics but in jb it was improved a lot.
