Speaker phone - Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note II

Some folks (tech savvy ones) are saying my voice (on their end) , while on speaker phone is too loud and a bit broken/distorted (I'm talking in a regular voice tone also) .... is this a kernel issue? What would cause it? Running clean with Perseus

Why such a bad phone speaker?

Okay, I'm on Liberated 2.2.2 because I can only hear phone calls after school with that ROM! (Using the hearing option default)
And I can never hear anybody on CM7....anybody know any apps or mods to modify that? DSP Manager only works for the outside speaker, and the 3.5mm jack.
i have noticed that even though the speaker is not all that loud, it is clear, so if you listen close enough i have found that even n a loud room you can hear what they are saying.
NOW that being said i wish there was a way to make it louder too. :/

[Q] Is there an in-call volume Hack?

Are there any system files that you guys know about that can easily be tweaked (maybe plain text files?) where we can set a louder maximum volume?
I'm now on CM7 this phone now sounds so quiet. Doesn't matter if I'm using the earpiece or the speaker. Both are so low that I can barely hear people when I'm in the car.
On a side note:
People on the other end of the conversation say they can hear me louder and clearer than ever. So, I guess that's a plus.

Microphone issue when making a call: cannot be heard when counterpart is speaking

Hi.
I still have the annoying problem that my counterpart does not hear me when he/she is speaking.
It seems like the S5 turns off the microphone (does not transmit) when there is noise/voice in the speaker.
Does anybody have this problem too?
I noticed something:
When I lower the loudness of the speaker my counterpart can understand me much better.
If it is loud, I cannot me understand.

[Q] Bluetooth&Speaker Call Audio To Low - What to do?

Hello
Im having a problem with my s3 sound quality during a call, both with my bluetooth car kit and the phone speaker. On my bluetooth car kit, the sound is to low, even after i set it up to max on the phone and on the radio and the other person does hear me fine (it uses the mic from the car) but i can barely hear the other person.
The other issue is also during a call, if i put it to speaker ( which i did after i couldnt hear anything on bluetooth), the sound is still to low and i can barely understand what the other person is saying.
Its very annoying and its the first phone where this happens, even cheaper phones i had didn't had these issues. So i was wondering if anyone knows a solution for this? I thought of doing this sound mod- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1722136 - but im not sure if it works and im also afraid to set the volume to high and break the speaker. I also thought about the "acid audio mod", but i think thats just for music quality.
Thank you for your time
