Version firmware Lumia 800 with bootloader unlock - Nokia Lumia 800

Hi, I want to know the version of firmware that has the bootloader unlocked to Interop Unlock or installa a custom ROM. Now i have wp 7.8, I would like to downgrade to put a version with bootloader unlocked but I do not know what code to download NaviFirm. THANKS!

I think there is no such thing, unfortunatelly

I ride that this version 1600.2475.7720.11414 have a bootloader Qualcomm and then unlock, it's true?

Sorry Dude,
No way of unlocking Lumia 800 bootloader now. Maybe sometime.

I miss Android :crying::crying:

NO.
For Lumia 800 there is no firmware available, which includes qualcomm bootloader!
Lumia 800 is NOT 710!
Right now, you need special hardware to put Qualcomm onto your DLOAD Lumia 800.

God Damn, then go and by an Android phone.
Such comments really suck! If your phone doesn't satisfy your needs, go and by another one, instead of postig useless crap...
holy...

don't hate my phone, but I am very well with this lumia! with android but it was easier to run root etc.
in the future you will be able to unlock the lumia 800 or can only do so via bootloader unlocked??

Sorry, i didn't understand exactly, what you mean...
But as a general information:
You can only change/modd things on your Lumia if you have the unlocked qualcomm bootloader.
But you can not just easily "install" this bootloader, because there is no signed version available.
You need special hardware (ATF Box) and good soldering skills to do that.
At least right now. But we don't know what will happen in the future.

Ok thanks guy, before I asked: in the future it will be possible modding Lumia 800? or is this a dream? only hardware changes you can do this?

Yes, right now it can only be done with special hardware.
But of course noone knows what will happen in the future.

Thank you man

Possible downgrade - bootloader change?!

Hewwo everyone...
I fell more early on an niteresting forom post...
On this post, we can find a program from ATF...
This tool seems to be able to downgrade a Lumia 800... (and maybe more)
Thus, if someone skilledenough want to look into it, here is the link of the post
http://is.gd/akYDTp
And here the link to DL the program : http://is.gd/y47JNr
I hope this may help to downgrade the Lumia 800 and be able to change DLOAD by Qualcomm by flashing an old firmware...
P.S. : If you're having issues with ftd2xx.dll, copy it from :
C:\AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher\Driver\ATF_NEW_DRIVERS\i386
And paste it to : C:\Windows\System32

There is no "magic" firmware with a Qualcomm bootloader.

They existed... right?!
If we can do a downgrade... a backup... a custom firmware... etc...
Maybe it's possible to get a backup from another phone with a
qualcom bootloader, and flash it as downgrade...
It's just an idea... Idk if it can really be done... but still something
to scratch here...

Backups are device-dependant. This means that the backup can only be restored to the device that made the backup.
No Qualcomm bootloader!
this app dosen't work from my pc via windows 7 sp1 x86

Someone is working on unlocking lumia 800?

As the title, is anyone trying to unlock lumia 800 with locked bootloader? Or is it all stop?
Yeah i wonder if there's anybody still working on it. It would be great. I really wanted to install custom roms on my lumia 800.
Me too.... other wise i am screwed!
Is anybody there? xD
apparently not lol
best thing we have right now is developer unlock via sdk which is 10 hombrew apps and of course 7.8 if its use to you
How this method works? Thanks

you download the sdk from http://dev.windowsphone.com/en-us/downloadsdk and install it then run the developer registration program but it costs a fee unless you have dreamspark

load qualcomm and then custom rom
If It was so simple I would had done it, my near phone store with ATF is over 100km far
Anybody knows why there are at least 3 different (signed) versions of the nokia bootloader? Did they fix some bug?
Are they really different? Or just the same code with different signatures?
i don't think anything will come for lumia 800. no-one gives a fu** serious enough about WP developing/hacking/modding,
"if you want custom roms, go for android" i would say.

"or go and buy atf box and gpg testpoint cable" i would say.
Then you don't have to do any soldering.
("Sadly") that's the only way, til now, to put qualcomm onto your lumia 800. But it is a way. Better then absolutely no solution.
So, you can decide if you want to spend money on that box + cable, or not.

@blackburner: Thanks, good to know.
Heh?
I don't exactly understand (because i am a noob :silly, but aren't there Custom Roms out there like RainbowMod that can only be flashed with an unlocked device?
So how do the other people unlock their Lumia 800s and 710s to flash custom roms on it?
if you have a bootloader qualcomm (unlockable) then you can flash custom rom and unlock the phone, if you do not have this requirement can not do anything (for now)
EDIT: if it helps I can try to flash the 3 variants and see if one of them has the bootloader unlocked, or lost work?
Oh, so you need luck to have the right bootloader.
Anyway to know before ordering the smartphone
I assume the new batch will all have a locked bootloader....

You could flash the oldest but as far as I know it's locked. I've been poking arround on the 710 unlocked bootloader and it has references to Nokia DLOAD. My guess is that nokia has in a hurry an made a few mistakes. I don't see a reason to have so many different bootloaders. Now if someone tried to disassemble the bootloader and check for bugs like an incomplete signature check.

i think DLOAD will never be "hacked"...
I don't think people still spend their time on trying to unlock the DLOAD bootloader.
A couple of months ago, there was a lot progress on this, but DLOAD couldn't be unlocked. Instead the devs found ways of replacing DLOAD with the unlocked QUALCOMM bootloader.
But for now, the Lumia 7.8 devices are too old, i think it's not "worth enough" to keep on working on "old" devices...
In my opinion, it's absolutely awesome that you can replace the bootloader with atf.
I think we have to be happy with that.

No, for now, you can only flash your phone with a different stock firmware with atf.
I think also the structure of wp7 and wp8 bootloader is totally different... so i guess there is no chance on having qualcomm on wp8.

Take your own time to do this.. And thankyou for all your free works

No, you need to have an unlocked phone to be able to install tools like xap-deployer.
No chance on WP8 for now.
But have a look into the WP8 development & hacking forums, there are some nice threads going on there

[Q] Non unlockable bootloader

Hello, I have a tablet with a non unlockable bootloader. I make a search but I don't see a way to convert it to a unlockable bootloader. There isn't a way to make it unlockable yet?
Thanks in advance!

well, thanks for your answer!
How is that even possible that a device is NON-unlockable? Excuse my ignorance, it is my first time trying to install a custom ROM on an android device. I have this Sony Xperia Z tablet and after a whole afternoon trying to understand how to install lineageOS on it I hit the hard wall. My device is NON-unlockable by default. What a pile of ****!!!
I'm stuck with this Sony bloatware forever!! God forsaken!
Everybody sure there are no way around this???

Do you mean non-unlockable? Unlockable means you can unlock the bootloader, which is required for installing LineageOS.

That was an error induced by rage and the double negative of "non-un-lockable" that confused my pissed mind even more.
