Please help!
I accidentally installed the b930 firmware on my Huawei Honor, without knowing that the bootloader was locked.
I wish to install the Miui rom on my phone, and according to what i've read me to, the b919 firmware would be the wisest choice, since is it possible to change the recovery file.
But the problem is that every time i try downgrading from b930 to b919 it allways gives me an error! I've been searching for so long for an answer to my problem, but nothing i've found have been helpful.
Please help me downgrade to b919!
Best regards

I think if you use this downgrade patch, that you'll be able to downgrade

Cannot Access Site
Hi, and thank you for your reply.
Sorry for being a NOOB, but when I click on those links, or copy / paste them, I get the following error message:
Fatal error: The file /home/easyfirmware/public_html/index.php cannot be decoded by this version of the ionCube Loader. If you are the administrator of this site then please install the latest version of the ionCube Loader. in Unknown on line 0
I tried downloading the ionCube .exe file, but have no idea how to set that up.
Hello again.
I managed to access the easyfirmware site, but unfortunately it only carries the firmware for the S7-701w which is not compatible with my S7-701wa device.
Thanks again for your help.

this one work?
most of firmware in tried failed
Well, I'm not OP, but I'm downloading it right now. Turns out this SKU of the mediapad was used for VISA sign up kiosks at Tim Hortons in Canada (My boss gave it to me since the program was discontinued), however being a sign up kiosk, mine has a locked down firmware which can only access a specific website, which has since been taken down. Also, because of it's locked down state, I can't enable adb debugging to root the device and install TWRP, etc.
I've been able to get into recovery and attempted to flash the 701s and 701w firmware variants like OP, needless to say those didn't work.
EDIT: It seems to be flashing! Thanks so much!
Same issue as you!!

Hey mate,
Sorry for the late reply, but I was just given one of these tablets also by my boss at Tims...any chance you could give me a hint on how to get the thing up and running? I'm new to all this rooting/firmware updating stuff
Hi,
like I wrote in the title, I've to return stock.
In particular I'd like to install B710 Firmware for my Phone Hawei Ascend P1; I Know that i've to flash stock recovery to do it and I already done it.
Now i don't know if i can flash B710 directly by copying B710 update.app, or if I've to install first some other firmware's version and install B710 only after.
I think that flashing method should be identical for every Huawei's phone.
Anyone could help me?
I'd like to ask help here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/and...ies-huawei-ascend-d1-t3137928/page9?nocache=1
but I'cant post there because I'm new user.
Thank you in advance and sorry for my bad english
Hello everybody!
This is the first time I'm opening a thread, i simply hope you can help me!
If this is the wrong forum for this threat, plz move it - but i couldn't find a better one...
I'm an owner of the (new?) Huawei ShotX. As i read in the www this device is known as "Honor 7i" in asia and has now been brought to european market.
I achieved to unlock the bootloader an now i would like to root my device, but because of being as new to europe i couldn't find any tutorial or informations in the known forums.
May you please help me?
Here are some information:
Model: ATH-UL01
Build: ATH-UL01C432B130
Android: 5.1.1
Baseband 20234
Kernel: [email protected]
Which CWM or TWRP could match?
I hope these informations may help you, giving me an advice...
I made the mistake to flash via fastboot CWM but after that i couldn't reach recovery-mode any more, only fastboot mode was available. So i had to reset to stock: done!
So i thougt it would be better to ask the experts
Thanks in advance!!!
No idea anybody??
I just went on searching but all i found were some russian 1-click tools i definetly don't want to use...
It is not necesscary for me to use a custom ROM but i want root.
Thanks in advance!
despite the name, it's a different platform to "our" honor 7. it's a qualcomm
unfortunately, you'll have to wait until until someone builds a custom recovery

Does it make sense to search for qualcomm recovery/ROM by other manufactures?
So everybody reading this: get yourself a "ShotX"!!
I would suggest that you don't walk down that path. Even minor changes can cause havoc

Good night everyone , hope someone can help me solve my problem, i've tried all i could but i can't seem to fix this.
I used to have my Huawei GR3 Rooted, used kingoroot and then replaced it with SU, then i unrooted and flashed stock rom C328B126, phone stopped getting otas around this, so after a long search i found that i could get the otas manually with Huawei Firmware Finder but it only had from C328B128 onwards... no problem here, managed to find the full rom and install it, thing is, that program doesn't have the otas from C328B129 to C328B132 it says they are no longer on the huawei Hicloud server which finally made me give up, so my question is, is there a way to force my phone to download those otas or will i be stuck forever on C328B128 since i can't do the ota update order ?
EDIT: Found the solution, had to download C328B133.
Regards
RD

There's a app called Huawei Firmware Finder, you can either download it on the playstore or google the windows version, then search for the firmware on it.
Take not that you need the B128 installed cause it searches for it, not the B126.
I'll pm you with the link to save you some work.

I know this aint what your asking for BUT if you have a custom recovery you could backup what it is to an sdcard for of what it is needing from the firmware maybe. or if its to fix your phone, i know that if your systems gone bad, This device ( atu-l22 ) which of what i has is able to download the firmware for you even if your phone doesnt have a system installed on it..
****BELOW COMMENT
NOT RELATED TO YOUR POST****
I know i shouldnt be posting this question on your forum but maybe you or anyone that visits this post may know how to install ( custom rom/ custom firmware ) to our specific device? ( Atu-L22 ) ive been trying for a very long time, i have Unlocked bootloader & Magisk rooted device. Much experience with doing stuff to phone systems BUT then it comes to huawei which is muc different for ME to what samsung and other androids are? i just need help installing custom roms, im currently about to delete my system from my phone which ive backed up, and am about to have it reinstalled from that Erecovery thingy which our device offers, then imma fix/ unlock the vendor type thingy thru HCU Client and see if that helps?
