Hi,
I have the x10 mini (E10), rooted +xrecovery installed, FroyoBread ROM. (stock kernel).
I would like to know what are the minimum requirements I need to have for browsing with flash capabilities?
Must I unlock the bootloader? Install new kernel? etc..
I use the phone for basic daily use, not a gamer enthusiastic or so..
Thanks in advance..
Try this flash player

Even on your computer flash-content in your browser will only be displayed when you install the flash-player. There are no browsers that come with flash-capabilities out-of-the-box, they all depend on a flash-player to render the content.

What SmG67 means is that you have to install the above app and then reboot to get flash player working on your phone. Note: Flash Player doesn't work on opera mini, light browser and other 'fast' browsers. And the performance is terribly slow, even while overclocking, etc. ...

OK, I understand that I need that player now..
So I downloaded the apk file (to pc desktop), connected the phone with usb, copied the file to the sd card (to "download" folder).
Then disconnected the usb, opened "File manager" app, went to the "download" folder, tapped that file.
I got the screen asking "Do you want to install this app?", I tapped "Install".
After few sec, got the message "Application not installed", and the button- "Done".
What am I missing now?

Are you on stock firmware, or did you root, enable side loading, and install a P-ROM?
Im running the latest gladiatrix on 1.8.3. Im sure I overlooked something but I can't think what it could be. Everything else is running great though

If you have root explorer
Look in data and then data
Look for the flash player folder and delete it reboot and download it from market. Try this it worked for me
If you read page 17 off gladiatrix forum
it shows you how to get flash back

Instructions are to update Flash from Market before flashing Galdiatrix.
First is that I cannot download anything... It always seems to fail... Anyway to put the generic droid Browser?
Second is that before, I was able to log in into my comp, then go into da droid market and it would install my apps directly, and thats not working either...
Sorry for all the complaining but any suggestions? Thanks in adviance...

I don't have problem downloading files with Opera Mobile 11. Make sure you also install Flash Player as 2.3 supports it.

Download the download all files app from the market place on Google. It will allow you to download all files from any browser. To get the normal browser back look in the sticky in the themes and apps section
