No... To "undo" a flash you need to flash back to stock

Factory reset will leave you with nothing left on your phone and it won't boot (won't touch recovery or SD card). You need to have another ROM ready to flash, whether stock or custom, it doesn't matter.

Hey is there any way to unroot without flashing the entire sbf?

Not that I've come across so far.
Voodoo OTA Rootkeeper app in the market worked for me. You can save root and then remove and restore it.

I thought that if you did a factory reset it would wipe root?

Not in all cases. It depends on where the exploit is located.
SBF normally does.
Flashed the Blazer Rom (Sprint) and now I can't install apps that arent from the market. Yes I have the install apps from unknown sources option checked

I've been downloading some stuff and wanted to check my data usage, for some reason it's not showing on the graph, but it shows how much used at the bottom and when looking at individual apps.
And help? Pictures provided

Go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=849028 and use update.zip method to get root. Method A is if you plan to stay on that ROM and method B will give you clockwork recovery, allowing you to flash a custom ROM that is pre-rooted.

Hi, I think going back to stock and pushing the update zip into internal SD will solve the issue

If you can backup your internal SD then wipe it then put nothing on it. Redownload the update.zip again (the name for the file should just be update. Your phone knows its a zip file that's where the .zip comes from) and then try it. Don't download the .zip from your phone do it o. Your computer then drag to your phones I sternal SD card
