I'm trying to put a custom boot sound on my Galaxy Ace S5830 which has the Custom ROM: Pacman All in 1
I cant seem to get any sound out of the thing I have searched an amazing amount of posts and treads trying to find out how to do this.
Things I've tried:
/system/etc/PowerOn.wav
/system/etc/poweron.wav
/system/media/PowerOn.wav
/system/media/poweron.wav
/system/media/audio/ui/PowerOn.wav
/system/media/audio/ui/poweron.wav
/system/media/audio/ui/Bootsound.wav

Try all above with converting .wav file to .ogg file

I recently got this phone and installed the Thriller ROM and also modified my custom bootanimation from my atrix to this one. The boot animation works but the problem is there is no sounds. For some reason i can't get the sound to work. I've been searching other forums for leads but couldn't find the solution. Any help is appreciated.

Yeah same here! Got my phone recently and installed the same rom. Got a lot of boot-animations, but no sounds! Have you tried moving the audio file you want to the ui folder?
so, i wanna know if is there any rom for galaxy s2 duos tv gt-s7273t...
i've looked everywhere, but i didint find anything.
and i wanna know how to install cwm recovery, because in rom manager says that the device is unsupported, so i dont know what to do.

Hey guys sorry if this is in the wrong place but i was wondering if getting cyanogenmod is possible on galaxy ace 2 (GT-I8160L) i dl'ed the .zip for cm11 and Gapp went through all the steps (recovery mode,reset etc etc) only for my phone to tell me that its only for the GT-I8160. its been infuriating me all arvo please help

you can't flash it
because it have different architecture
if you flash the rom it will givr bootloops or can be run with too many bugs
I have been googling my butt off for the last weeks trying to find a custom rom for the samsung galaxy A3 (SM-A300FU)[a300fuxxu1anl4]. But I still have no success. I have tried to find the stock files but I cant find them as well so I'm not able to make my own custom rom. If any of you guys find a rom or know anything about where I can find it, please tell me! Because what is the point of having an android phone if you can't modify it?
